UPPER LEVEL: This open carpeted loft has beamed ceiling with fan, reading area and a fun built-in entertainment area with super comfortable sofa hide-a-bed that converts to a king-size bed or 2 twins, two overstuffed recliner chairs, satellite TV, a large library of movies and music to enjoy.
UPPER LEVEL MASTER BEDROOM: High beamed ceiling,with fan, sitting area with comfortable swivel chairs and large picture window with views of the Rim and pine trees, French door lead outside to private Juliet balcony. Very spacious room. Walk-in closet, and full bath with brushed gold fixtures, black marble top; plenty of cabinet space for your personals, and a walk in Italian tiled large shower with rainfall shower head.
