Well taken care of and maintained for an Open/Spacious atmosphere by an owner who cares for the needs of travelers and their children on vacation. The unit is beautifully tiled throughout with a cool feel and is helpful for those with allergy concerns. We offer everything you need for a delightful getaway with Family and Friends of all ages.

The large Balcony/Sunroom windows open wide to the BREATHTAKING OCEANFRONT VIEW to bring the ocean in and enjoy the fantastic view. The spacious balcony is furnished with a Pub Table and 4 Directors Chairs to sit confortably and enjoy the ocean surf. A cool drink and appetizers after a long day of sitting on the beach with nothing to do but RELAX and the enjoyment for the off-summer seasons gives you the feeling of being on the beach. The feeling of being oiutside all seasons and added living space.

The Atlantis has 24/7 Security Guard on duty and all Atlantis areas are very well lit and secure for safety.. Take a month, a week or weekend and enjoy the 10 miles of smooth, sandy beaches where the beaches in OCMD are free. Food and Beverages are allowed on the Beach and the Lifeguards are there for your safety from 9-5.

Additional Information: There are NO STEPS on the Condominium Property-easy access for guests of all ages. Staff of the Atlantis makes a difference with their friendliness and helpfulness to travelers visiting for vacation.The Atlantis Building is well-kept, light bright and Family Friendly.

The 3 miles of boardwalk, to ride the train or to bike and enjoy the amusements and attractions are only a 5 minute car ride down Coastal Highway or take the City Bus just outside of the building: $2 all-day fare.

We are convenient to more than 17 area championship golf courses. The Historic towns of Berlin and Snow Hill are just a short drive away as well as outlet shopping in West Ocean City and Rehobeth, DE(no tax).We are next door to the Clarion Hotel with outdoor restaurants, music and cocktail lounges. A local pizzeria even delivers to you on the beach-beach chairs and umbrellas can also be rented daily or weekly for you stay.

Enjoy Ocean City for your SUMMER VACATION or enjoy Ocean City for the SECOND SEASON of Fall & Winter when the restaurants offer superb prices and OC Convention Center offers Special Attractions. Quiet and Relaxing Getaway

I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend that was well deserved.The condo is home away from home, except it is more relaxing. The balcony is perfect first thing in the morning with a nice cup of java to watch the sun come up and in the early evening; if you watch closely; you can see the porpoise swimming by. I love it !!! Looking forward to the next time.

Stay at Atlantis Condo off season

This property was better than I could of expected! The view from the condo is breathtaking and you are mere steps from a very private and clean beach and pool. Janet, the owner, answered all of my questions before, during, and after the stay extremely quickly! She never tired of answering all of my silly questions and was extremely helpful. The condo easily sleeps six and is very clean. There is so much to do because of the convienent location. Off season is a great time to travel there- 5 days at the end of Sept/beginning of October was very reasonable and the weather was fantastic! All sunshine and seventy-eighty degree whether with no crowds! I will definitely be back and wouldn't consider renting anywhere else. I would recommend this property to anyone! You won't be dissapointed and won't find a better bargain for the location!
Owner's Response: An OFF-SEASON time at the Beach is fantastic as the crowds are gone and the beach is almost yours alone! Wonderful getaway!

It was our first time to Ocean City and we loved being so close to the ocean in this well-kept condo. The place itself was clean, maintained, and the owner very detailed and organized. The only thing I would have changed is the temperature of the swimming pool water - it was very cold (I don't think that the owner has any control over this). Other than that - a fabulous family vacation! thank you!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Ocean City for the first time is more than perfect in September for a "wonderful getaway"! My family friendly unit with the "cool" pool and beach just footsteps away make it safe and easy for everyone and that really makes it more than wonderful. CHARMING OCEANFRONT CONDO WITH GREAT VIEWS

I just returned from a wonderful girls week in OC & our condo was the perfect pick.. The condo was so well maintained & equipped with everything you can imagine we felt like we were home. The charming & homey decor along with the amazing views & great location made our girls week away super. We were greatful to be single for a week but if you have children the landlord has toys, books & videos for all ages. Great reading material for adults too.

The enclosed balcony with it's awesome wall of windows which open widely so that the sounds & smell of the ocean in front of the condo are right there. We drank our coffee every morning on the balcony waiting for the dolphins and they did not disappoint.. We got up early enough to watch the sunrise a couple of mornings & were the first ones on the beach. I mean you are right there. The pictures are great but don't do the place justice..

The location was just perfect for us. We were close enough to the action yet far enough away.. Every type of resturant you can imagine is around and very close to shopping whether you need groceries, souviners or medicine it's all right there.

Every one in the building is helpful & kind, especially the guards. You feel so safe with 24hr protection..

The best experience was dealing with the landlord, she thinks of everything to make your stay perfect. She even sent us coupons, directions and a few hot tips about the OC area before we even left home. We were prepared. She's so accomadating, even managed to sneak us in a day early. I would rent this condo again in a second & as soon as the girls can all decide on our week for 2013 I'll be in touch with her again.

Wonderful stay again for the second year!

We went back to Ocean City again ths year and rented the same condo again. We had enjoyed staying at this condo last year with the spectacular view of the ocean and beach and we wanted to go back to a familiar place (like a "second home"). The owner has always been pleasant and quick with email responses. The balcony has always been my favorite spot. When I have to bring the baby back for her afternoon naps, I would sit by the balcony and could see what the kids are doing with my husband on the beach! Oh and not forgetting too we could see dolphins from the balcony!!!

Owner's Response: Overlooking the ocean from the balcony is always my favorite spot whether it be with coffee in the morning or having dinner with the best seat in Ocean City!
