Top Notch Vacation Rental

My 2 daughters & I rented this condo for our first (hopefully not last) visit to the area. I were very pleased with the place.The pictures are exactly what the place looked like. Very well decorated and well maintained. There was no need to buy anything as it was all there. It was like walking into your own home. Very comfortable and very clean. Loved the location to the stores and places to eat. Loved the closeness of the beach The only problem was we had no internet service but we were on vacation so we did not mind. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to hear the ocean as you drift off to sleep every night. The big screen TV was really nice to watch before retiring for the night.There were a lot of things to see in the area and the drive to them not very long. I was not disappointed in anything. I have no negative comments for this condo. The weather was also absolutely wonderful. We hope to go back and visit again soon.

Fantastic rental, can not beat this!!

My husband and I recently stayed at this unit. I had never been to charleston/IOP before, the location is incredible, the beach is basically in the back yard, you can hear the ocean from the balcony, I can not wait to go back! We were able to walk for breakfast lunch and dinner, and to the fantastic windjammer for drinks!! Only a short easy drive to downtown Charleston. Kae is the perfect renter, she is quick with responses to any and all questions, the condo is impeccably clean, and up to date, and has everything you need and more. I have and will continue to recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!! Thanks so much Kae for everything!!!!

Great Condo

The condo is very nice. Second Floor right in the middle of the building. (No Elevator) Perfect view of the ocean and hearing the waves at night on the balconey was wonderful. Right in the heart of Isle of Palms close to shops and food. Mt. Pleasant and Charleston are both close by. About a 20 minute drive to Charleston. The fishing pier was very nice and the beach access is great. Wish we would of known they were doing construction in the unit below us. Having a 2 yr old and construction noise at nap time did not work out well. Ended up with a cranky daughter and two cranky parents. The bed was comfortable in the bedroom but makes lots of noise anytime you move. The bunk beds in the hall way were a great use of space. Overall a great time and beautiful condo. Would have been much nicer if it were quiet.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great Sea Cabin Unit

We have stayed at Sea Cabins before and love this complex for its proximity to the beach and the "downtown" IOP area within walking distance. Sea Cabins are generally older units, however, this unit has been nicely maintained and updated! We felt very comfortable here and at home. The owner, Kae, was extremely easy to work with and great with communication. My husband and I appreciated having the Keurig machine readily available and the kids loved the goodie basket left by Kae which included some quick snacks and toiletries. This would be my first choice for booking a Sea Cabins unit! No comparison.

2 chics loving the beach

Just wanted to say that we had a great time! Kae's place is so perfect, everything you need and beautifully decorated. She was such a pleasure to work with and everything was just perfect and easy. So much in walking distance and such a beautiful beach......didn't want to leave but had to get back to reality! Would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back......thanks again Kae for a great getaway!
