House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

This Venice home is a short walk or bike ride to shopping, restaurants and grocery. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and large fenced yard. The home has been recently remodeled and is comfortably furnished in island style.

The main bedroom has king bed and ensuite bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be closed off from main living area, and share a bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Den has a futon and a convenient desk area.

Tv with cable and DVD player are in the family room. Appliances include washer and dryer, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave and coffee maker.

Two car unattached garage

Two miles from Venice Beach. Walk to Publix, Walgreens, Dairy Queen and Restaurants

Fenced in yard has orange, Banana, Mango, Avocado and Grapefruit trees.

... all the creature comforts of home -- neat, very clean and well appointed, in a friendly/safe neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted -- grocery store and plaza within walking distance, just on the edge of town and 2 miles from the beach. The only thing we would do differently would be to stay longer. It was a great month and we love this house. Truly, our best vacation ever!
