Snug family ranch-style home in secluded Tollgate area just outside of Sisters (3 miles West of town).

Hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing is all just a step outside the door.

The house has many windows looking out onto the nicely landscaped half-acre bordering National Forest. Drink your morning cup of coffee while watching the birds and deer wander just feet away!

Master bedroom has king size bed and adjoining bathroom with shower. There are two additional bedrooms (both with queen size beds) and full bath.

Large open area for living and dining rooms with vaulted ceiling.

About Bobbi McGinn

We bought this home several years before retirement in Arizona. We love coming here with wraparound deck and large yard next to the National Forest. We have three grandchildren in Bend that we enjoy spending time with when we are in Oregon.

Situated on a half-acre bordering National Forest, on a quiet cul de sac, wrap-around deck, nicely landscaped with sprinkler system. Access to Tollgate pool, basketball and tennis courts, paved bike trail and dirt bike/hike trail to town. Open floor plan, carpeted with tile kitchen and entry. 45 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and 20 minutes to Hoodoo Ski Area. One king and two queen size pillowtop mattresses in the bedrooms. Inflatable bed sleeps two. Well-behaved dog on approval with additional $15 per day.

Great Sisters/Tollgate stay

This is a great house for a family stay. The kids had room to play in the big backyard, and the house is very well equipped and comfortable. There is no garage space, but plenty of room on the back deck to store our bikes, etc.

I highly recommend this particular house.

We had the pleasure of staying here over Mother's Day weekend. The house was perfect! Comfortable, cozy, clean and the backyard setting was fantastic! We had two families and it was just right. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We had never stayed in the Tollgate area, but we plan on returning next year.

Nice house in Sisters

We love the stay in this house, my daughter, husband and our granddaughter were there. Our granddaughter particularly liked the big soft "polar bear" rug, and the changing color night lights. We'll have to get some ourselves. One nice thing was the 12 deer that showed up one evening too. The house is nice and very comfortable, has wifi and bbq that works but due to rain we didn't use, also a fire pit that had the same issue. We will be back again. Ps thanks for the help on the DVD issue as well.

Peaceful and comfortable!

This house had everything we needed for our family of 6 to gather, with a big area with comfy couches for watching the game, a kitchen and dining area big enough for everyone, and comfortable beds. What I didn't expect was the beauty and quiet of the neighborhood. The house has a wall of windows that look out through the pine forest, and the houses are far enough apart for quiet and privacy. We walked and biked the paths and found friendly people everywhere. And we were in heaven with all the books in this place! Evey room has a bookshelf stuffed with intriguing reading material. We loved it!

Great house at a great location. Everything we needed was there. For those of us who don't like the idiot box (TV), there were books and board games. The beds were better than the beds at my house!! I did not want to leave and I want to go back....NOW!!
