Walk out onto the spacious balcony and you'll be greeted by panoramic views of The Gulf and Beach. The balcony has tempered glass railings and a patio set along with two lounge chairs making it the perfect place to savor your morning cup of coffee while watching the dolphins or to view the sunset.
Inside the condo there are new furnishings in the living room. New cabinets and granite in our fully equipped kitchen. Newly renovated bathrooms now feature ceramic tiled showers and granite countertops. Spacious open floor plan outfitted in modern, tropical decor. Kitchen, living room, and master bedroom boast gulf views with both the living room and master bedroom opening onto gulf front balcony.
The living room and bedrooms each have a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Master bedroom has a king bed and in-suite bathroom. Guest room has twin beds. Perfect setup for couples or a family with children. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, and FREE long-distance phone calls.
Our condo is in a quiet, low-density building with 47 units leaving plenty of room at the pool and beach. There are chaise lounges provided at the pool. In season, chairs and umbrellas may be rented at the beach. There is a boardwalk, with shower, to/from the beach.
Great location across the street from several grocery stores and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance. Many other local favorites and restaurants from fast food to fine dining are a short drive away.
There is something for everyone in Orange Beach. Of course, deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, boating, and parasailing are perennial favorites with those that like to get out on the water. The Wharf with it's 15-screen theater, specialty stores, and restaurants is five minutes away. Adventure Island with mini-golf, go-carts, arcade games and more is just down the street. Waterville USA in Gulf Shores is a great place to spend the day. Too much time in the sun? Take a drive to Foley to the Tanger Outlet Mall which has over 100 stores. There are also many golf courses in the area. Or visit the Gulf State Park for nature trails and hiking.
