One of my daughters was studying in Florence this semester so my other daughter and I went to visit her during our spring break. I wanted an apartment that could sleep 3 so we could all stay together and this worked out very well although - and this is my ONLY complaint - the "foldout" bed isn't adequate for an adult. However, the couch was very comfortable for one of my daughters to sleep on. The photos very accurately depict the apartment - it is beautifully appointed. The bathroom downstairs is gorgeous with a deep bathtub - unusual for a vacation rental. Another unusual aspect was the half bathroom upstairs in the sleeping loft - since I usually get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, this was a huge convenience for me. Everything that you would need or want is provided for you. I was surprised at all the snacks and beverages waiting for us when we arrived - so thoughtful and unexpected. We LOVED the Colomba - the Easter bread - made a delicious breakfast along with espresso from the Nespresso machine. The very large bed upstairs was extremely comfortable with nice bedding - I'm pretty sure it's a King size bed - I shared it very comfortably with one of my daughters. The apartment is in a great location on a relatively quiet street - we weren't bothered by any noise during our stay. It is only a couple of blocks from the Duomo and I loved going by it everyday either coming or going it is soooo beautiful. It is also close to the bus stop although we walked almost everywhere. Paolo greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how everything worked. If we needed anything during our stay it was provided immediately! I fell in love with Firenze and hope to return again some day.
