DESERT OASIS LUXURY EVERYWHERE, TROPICAL OASIS POOL AND SPA

I felt that working with Larry was very difficult. My overall experience was unsatisfying. The house is not as listed in the advertisement. Larry doesn't follow up. He makes promises he doesn't keep. Here are a few things that were wrong with the house.
•There were blood spots on the pillowcase in one bedroom
•No hot water in the master bath and the faucet was broken.
•The house was advertised with a 3 car garage but none of the garages were usable to us since they were full.
•No toilet paper in most bathrooms and no extra toilet paper in the house
•No garbage cans in some rooms and no garbage bags any place in the house.
•Hot tub was not usable as it did not have much water in it.
•All the garbage cans outside were full and there was a large pile of garbage, beer bottles etc. surrounding the garbage cans on the ground. It looked like garbage had not been picked up in some time.
•No light bulbs in many of the rooms and no replacement light bulbs in the house.
•Shower door missing on half of the shower (1/2 glass door 1/2 shower curtain)
•Dishes dirty in the cupboards, coffee cups had dirty rings, and dried food was found on the plates. We had to wash all dishes before we could use any of them
•Ice maker did not work, so we had to purchase ice.
•Moldy shower curtain in upstairs bathroom
•No extra blankets upstairs. It was a cold weekend and we didn’t have enough blankets. There were three extra blankets downstairs but were all being used by the bedrooms downstairs.
•No hand soap in most bathrooms
•TV remotes did not work in some rooms (missing batteries)
•Missing foos ball so it could not be played
•Air hockey table falling apart
•Wet spot on the carpet from a leak on the roof
•Small garage door is broken won’t go up
•Drain was plugged in shower of one bathroom so the occupant had to stand in dirty water ankle deep
•Not one bathroom was complete. Either it did not have hot water or a shower door or the drain did not drain. Since we had 13 people staying in the house this created an issue. The house was advertised with five bathrooms, we assumed they would all work.
•Had to sweep kitchen floor when we arrived because there was food and misc. dirt and items on the floor •No toilet paper holders or towel racks in a couple of the bathrooms
•Instructions or directions for Internet were not visible; normally most places have a book with instructions and passwords etc.
Larry wanted to come to the house while we were there. Don't recommend
