Whether you are here for business or travel the location and comfort of our apartment will not disappoint. We are easy walking distance to downtown, Union Square, Financial District, Chinatown and North Beach plus many unique attractions people from all-over the world come to visit. This popular and vibrant neighborhood awaits you, filled with cafes, restaurants, a full service grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, parks and excellent public transportation by Cable Car or public bus, just one block away. The neighborhood is safe and will inspire you with the many views and attractions nearby.
The apartment is spacious for city standards and has a smart layout that gives our guests plenty of room to spread out and enjoy privacy and relaxation. Our apartment is stocked with making your stay comfortable without having to bring your entire home with you.
The apartment has all new linens, pillows and super plush towels for your comfort. The apartment is stocked with starter supplies (see below) and the kitchen is equipped for cooking meals. Free wireless internet and Apple TV are complimentary.

The location, plain and simple.
Every time I walk through the door of this apartment, I feel like it's my little piece of heaven in a BIG city.
I have to tell you--we've been renting vacation apartments for many
years and on five different continents, in countless cities and
countries and I have never met more attentive, supportive, responsive,
helpful owners--so--thank you very much. If and when we return to S.F.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough--the owners were not only delightful to work with, but incredibly efficient! Everything from scheduling to check-out ran smoothly--this is definitely key to a relaxing getaway, especially when planning an inaugural trip to any city! I have spent time traveling the world for business and staying in apartments in big cities in Europe, Canada as well as the US and this is one of the best gems I've ever found.
Upon arrival, the owners met us on our timeframe and we quickly (efficiently!) exchanged keys and necessary information. They took me to see the apartment and I was so pleasantly surprised--it exceeded my expectations in most every way. I couldn't wait for my friend to park the car and see the place.
Because everyone loves succinct details and solid information, here are bullet points why we love this place!
Neighborhood charm and ease of accessability-Nob Hill is incredibly charming! All within walking distance: Nob Hill Cafe (great Italian!), best breakfast burrito, a few grocery marts within, The Huntington Hotel Bar, Grace Church, etc.
Apartment building- Charming building and homey (especially for an ex New Yorker!), quiet but not stuffy. A few families, a few single people--a good mix of pretty friendly folks.
The Apartment Layout- such a clean, spacious apartment--quite expansive for San Francisco! It's perfect for a couple, a small family or a few friends who want to have a space to really live in for a few days. You can enjoy music or TV in the living room while a friend naps in the bedroom.
The Apartment's Kitchen- what an incredible kitchen! Everything you need to cook a great dinner, enjoy appetizers before hitting the town or entertain. It's PERFECT!
The View from the bedroom balcony-we sit out on the small, but amazing balcony in the late afternoon enjoying wine, snacks and the view of San Francisco!
The owners provided wonderful recommendations and help in the few occasions that we inquired during our stay. I enjoyed working with them and appreciated the way they run their business. There is something to be said for honest, kind people who have incredible places to rent on Homeaway!
Kathy was always very thorough with any concerns we had, if any The apartment was furnished perfectly for a 4-5 day stay for us.
The location could not have been better, wallking distance to wharf as well as Union Square. The trolly was a block away if you tired of hills. The kitchen was very stocked with everything you could need to cook, including paper towels and condoments. The balcony was a pleasure to sit on and included fresh blooming flowers. It was a nice break from the noise and hussle of the city.
This apartment was so special. My husband and I stayed ten days, and we could have stayed another ten days! It is so clean, so comfortable, and close to everything. Close to shopping, Ferry building, Great restaurants.The owner was very easy to work with and so helpful.
She checked in every few days to see if we needed anything. We loved it.
My wife and I recently spent a week in this Nob Hill apartment and were completely satisfied.
The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to all cable car lines as well as to major bus routes, so getting around public transit friendly San Francisco was ridiculously easy – albeit with SFMTA’s excellent website bookmarked on my iPhone. Shopping was a breeze with local grocers very handy and Whole Foods a short public transit trip away.
The apartment is very clean and offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Linens are high quality, the bed very comfortable, cross ventilation refreshing and the wifi strong and reliable. The Apple tv provided all the television we required, the gas range is a dream and the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with many essential supplies. The balcony is a very welcome feature and the elevator a blessing – especially on arrival and departure. A secure parking garage is a short block and a bit away, with several other parking options within an easy walk. The Nob Hill Café is a two-minute stroll up the street and should not to be missed, especially the weekend brunch menu.

The online description called this apartment a "great starting place" to explore San Francisco and I couldn't agree more. It sits directly on a cable car line. North Beach, Chinatown, downtown and financial district are either a short walk or fun cable car ride away. Nob Hill is a great neighborhood to stay in; safe, clean and fun. The apartment is terrific. Upon entering for the first time we felt more than satisfied with our decision to stay there. It is charming, clean, well maintained and equipped with everything one would need for either a short or long stay. The owners keep their place and treat their guest as if they not only want you to enjoy your trip, they want you to come back again and again.
I not only recommend this apartment for any vacation, I would certainly stay there again without any hesitation.

Getting around the city to tourist attractions, nightlife and restaurants is easy and convenient from this location. Major bus lines are located two blocks away, cable car at the end of the block and taxis at your doorstep and on the main thorough fare (California Street-Just 2 blocks away). The neighborhood is safe and walking is recommended to see some of the most spectacular views from this location. If you are a business traveler we are located 6-9 blocks to Union Square, Financial District and an easy walk or 5 min taxi ride to Moscone Center.
