Encanterra, although a world unto itself, is also part of a greater world: it is located in San Tan Valley within the Southeast Valley, where excellent shopping, dining and entertainment are near at hand and the convenient Loop 202 and US 60 grant quick access to the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Encanterrans are treated to awesomely scenic surroundings with the Superstition Mountains to the north, San Tan Mountain Regional Park to the west and the Copper Mountain Ranges to the east. And there’s always plenty to do. Our own San Tan Valley has become a destination for fans of artisan gourmet food. Nearby cultural attractions are many.

Downtown Tempe’s Mill Avenue hosts two of the country’s largest art fairs in the spring and fall.

The Mesa Arts Center offers a full calendar of music, theater and dance performances. The Southwest Museum is known for its dinosaur exhibits. Gammage Auditorium at Arizona State University hosts large productions and national acts. Just for starters…

Sports fans can watch the Chicago Cubs play during spring training in Mesa. And Tempe hosts the annual New Year’s Eve block party that attracts thousands.

San Tan Village Marketplace is the area’s newest shopping attraction and has an upscale main street feel. Other malls like Scottsdale Fashion Square offer the biggest names in fashionable shopping.

Amazing Home!

This home was exactly how it was advertised. Located on the golf course with beautiful views of the San Tan Mountains, made sunset a special time of day. Booking with the owner was easy and his representative who met us upon our arrival made checking in a breeze. The home is beautifully furnished and had all the amenities you'd ever need or want. The home was close to shopping and the activities available at Encanterra were outstanding.

I can't say enough about our stay, and I'm looking at the calendar to see when our next trip back will be. Best value rental I've ever stayed at.

This was our first stay in this home and community. It won't be our last. The home was just as described, very clean and it had everything we needed. Great view of the golf course and mountains. This home is close to restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone! Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous gated community. The views of the golf course and San Tan mountains are spectacular! We played golf at 3 local courses just a short drive away. We appointed kitchen with a spectacular granite island and top of the line appliances.
Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Only 30 minutes from Mesa/Gateway airport.
Our family enjoyed our stay very much! Will rent here again!

This home is very beautiful and had everything that we needed. The views of the golf course and the surrounding mountains were tremendous. The availability of the Encanterra clubhouse, pool, gym etc. is a great addition to an already lovely house. .
