This pet friendly property is right in the beautiful village of Skaneateles, N.Y. It is directly across the street from the famed Mirabeau Inn and Spa. Just by simply taking a short walk you can start shopping in all of the wonderful boutiques in town or have breakfast, lunch or dinner in all of the fantastic dining choices within the village. The best part is that the entire village is right in front of you! The lake is only a 5-10 minute walk if you want to sit by the water and relax and read a book, swim or fish. Everything is at your fingertips!

This newly renovated property is on main street in the village of Skaneateles, NY. It is across the street from the famed Mirabeau Inn and Spa. It is on the lakeside as well so all you have to do is step out of your front door and it's a short 5-10 minute walk to beautiful Skaneateles Lake as well as all of the wonderful restaurants and boutiques.

The property itself has been newly renovated throughout and newly decorated in a refined and luxurious cottage style. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite countertops. For our guests that enjoy the outdoors and also their pets, we have a large beautiful privacy fenced backyard and a spacious deck. There is also a spacious driveway with off street parking for up to 5 vehicles.

We own several vacation homes in the area and Skaneateles is one of our favorites. The great thing about this property is that your right in the village and close to everything.

We couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything was provided in the house and we didn't have to worry about anything. It made my family's experience in Skaneateles even greater than expected. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

Fantastic clean home with yard that is fenced. The dogs loved it. Very convenient to downtown. Owner super nice. Our family had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the best of downtown Skaneatles. Fishing is prime for salmon and trout this time of year. This location gives easy access to Cayuga Lake and Auburn. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Retreat

My sister's family and mine recently met in Skaneateles and we stayed at 888 Genesee Street. We could not have asked for more! The house has been beautifully updated and is just lovely. We were extremely comfortable there. Some reviews have complained of the distance from town. We both drove the distance and walked it, and the village was easily accessible either way. My 4 year old niece, from Florida, really enjoyed gathering the fallen leaves in the amazing back yard! The grown-ups loved the proximity to Mirbeau and enjoyed both the spa and the wine bar. Neither to be missed. Thank you so much for a perfect getaway for our family gathering.
