Even if it's just for a week or two 'Life at the Beach' is fun and relaxing. Leave your car parked and enjoy this walkable location to Zagat-rated restaurants, sports venues, theater, comedy, clubbing, spa-ing, swimming and surfing.

Our mediterranean climate offers sunny days with comfortable Winter temps in the 50's and 60's. In the Spring and Summer the typical temp is a very comfortable 70's to 80's. Snow birds are welcome!

This contemporary home is family-friendly, offering many comfortable amenities including beach towels, a fully-equipped kitchen with chef's tools, outdoor BBQ and plenty of logs for the fireplace.

Comfortably sleeps 8, there are three bedrooms and a loft. Featured is a king bed in the master suite and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The separate loft features a convertible sofa for sleeping or for sneeking off to read a favorite novel.

The owner provides all bed linens, towels, private laundry and supplies, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, DVD and music library and board games when you want to play indoors.
