Spectacular Ocean View at Peña Mar, Fajardo...+ WiFi

What a great condo. We have stayed in several condos over the years and I have to say this one was perfect. Glenda was a perfect host. She was quick to reply to questions, met us at the condo and got us settled in. She loaned us her GPS which was a must have if you are going back to San Juan.
The pictures are the real deal. When you arrive it will look exactly like it is shown.
I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Puerto Rico.

This was my first visit to Puerto Rico, I and my brother's family were visiting together with 2 little kids. Frankly, we were very sceptical about the facilities we might get in Puerto Rico. However on reaching this property our misperception took no time to go away.
This apartment has a fabulous location, an awsome owner and nearly everything you need. When I say everything its everything (band-aid to tide, beachtowels to earbuds). Very well decorated, spacies and an incredible view.
As the owner Glenda would get 6 out of 5, her attention to detail and sponteneity in helping new comers like us were way out of ordinary.
The only drawback would be the non-ac living area, which in general does not cause a problem with a balcony facing the Atlantic, but at times when the weather is not too cooperative that place in the house becomes least attractive to spend time.
I will highly recommend this apartment to all who are planning to visit Puerto Rico.

We recently stayed 5 nights in this beautiful new condo and had a great experience! We have rented a few villas in the Caribbean and this one was exactly as pictured (if not better, like the view!) and was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need in this unit. We only used the beach chairs (nice beach chairs, Tommy Bahama!) and towels but if you had kids there were plenty of board games if it rains, and don't worry about not having a band aid or q tip if needed, its all there (not saying its a free for all/don't pack anything but its always nice to know you don't have to go buy stupid things like pepper or salt or a whole box of q tips if you need one (done it before!)...There is sleeping room for 8, and the size of the unit would probably be very comfortable, the pools were great (no one was there, very private)

This is the first time we have rented and actually met the owner, which was nice... she left us a GPS which we used a few times as this is a little more complicated island to drive than some (follow the water, hug the coast and you'll end up home doesn't apply in PR!) That alone is a very nice touch!

DO check out Varadero, the restaurant suggested, perfect quaint dockside restaurant in the nearby marina... awesome food and ambiance. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and cooked a few meals also.

We found this location very quiet and away from hustle and bustle, however close to where we wanted to go. We spent one day in San Juan seeing the sights, we did the BIOBAY tour nearby which is a MUST DO, we took the short drive to the nearby Ceiba airport and flew to Culebra for the day (must see!) also was able to see the El Yunque forest, Luquillo beach, and the food kiosks along the road... in only 5 days and trust me we were not rushing anywhere...

We had a few questions during the week and Glenda was a quick text message away, very nice to know!!!

In the spirit of a true review the only negative thing we had to say, which is probably out of the owners control due to the bylaws of the association was having to enter the gated property as a visitor all week (security guards were not at the post sometime... not a huge hassle, would take the security and gate any day for peace of mind!)
