6 Bedroom/ 4 Bath. Private Pool and Spa! Air Conditioned Games Room! Come back to a relaxing and fully equipped home after wrestling the crowds at the parks. This house has 2 KING SUITES, 2 QUEENS, and 2 Sets of TWINS! Great for families travelling together. Fully equipped kitchen and linens make the experience seamless. All you need to pack is your suitcase.

Windsor Hills is a 5 STAR community so close to Disney, you can see the fireworks! It takes less time to get to some of the parks than it does from most Disney Property Hotels. No need to wait for the Disney Bus at the park closing. Hop in your car, and be back at your house in 10 easy minutes.

Windsor Hills offers 24-hour gated security. With our home, you will have access not only to our pool and spa, but the Community Pool with 3 Story Water Slide. There is also a Sundry Shop, Fitness Center, Games Room, Movie Theater, and Tennis Courts. Playgrounds can be found in numerous locations on site. Our house is just one block from the largest playgound and a short walk to the Community Center.

About The Owner

Our family of four loves to travel. We travel all over the United States and Caribbean whenever we have the chance. We have never wanted to go to the same place twice, until we stayed at Windsor Hills. We have a son in elementary school and a daughter in middle school, and they both always request Disney World as our first choice of vacations. Bottom line: We are ride people. We love all of the roller coasters and themed rides we can manage to squeeze into a day. They love coming home from a day at the park and jumping into our own pool while the adults share a glass of wine and make dinner. Feel free to contact us with any questions. We have plenty of advice on how to tour the parks, where to eat, etc. Happy to help in any way.

Why The Owner chose Windsor Hills

Our family has spent many wonderful vacations in Orlando, and we have always loved our time in Windsor Hills. We wanted to own a place that we know we would want to return to in the many years to come. It is so convenient to the Disney Parks, Universal, and newly Opened Legoland. We looked all over the Disney area, and couldn't find a development that compared with Windsor Hills. It honestly has all of the amenities of a first class resort, and all of the convenience and space of home. After spending all day together in lines at the park, it's nice to be able to spread out and hang out at the pool, in the game room, or watch a little tv. Having so many bathrooms makes it much easier to get ready in the morning or to put kids to bed at night.

What makes this villa unique

Our home is a block from the park, and a couple of blocks from the community center. At the community center, you will find a fitness center, enormous pool with zero entry and a 3 story waterslide. There is also a movie theater and large games room. On site, we have mini golf, tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball. This house is perfect for family reunions. There are restaurants and grocery stores a very short distance away.

Our family of five loved this house and the kids especially loved the game room. The convenience of having our own private pool was amazing and allowed the kids to swim while the adults relaxed. The house is also super convenient to all the Orlando attractions and is just blocks away from the playground. The pics really don't do this home justice. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners were super nice and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us.

Great for 3 families with 5 children between them

We thought the house was well described. We are grandparents-went to 4 parks All Day, ate dinner there, chain restaurants in the area or carry out. Children were out of school for 5 days and ranged from 6-13. We then spent a week by ourselves: played golf, Kennedy Space Museum, Wild FL airbus swamp tour, Epcot, relaxing at our pool/community pool, working out at community facility, and walking.

Great house, great location-- hope to stay here again next time

This was the perfect house for our trip to Disneyworld. We had two families and room to spare. The kids loved the heated pool, the game room, and the playground just a few houses away. The adults loved the patio by the pool, the well-equipped kitchen, and the spacious house. The location is just minutes from all the Disney parks. Owner was very responsive to the one small issue we had (a small leak in a shower door due to the rubber strip coming loose). We've stayed both on and off Disney grounds and this was our favorite place so far.

Customer service could not have been any better. The owner of this beautiful home even responded to me with a last minute question that I had while being away on a personal, family vacation. We had a group of twelve consisting of children and adults. The amenities of this home were very accomodating for all of our party. Convenience to Disney, overall comfort, and ease of conducting business with the owner stand out as main points of interest. I would not hesitate to book this home again, and I fully recommend this property to others. My granddaughters loved their Disney themed room. Children could be viewed from a central location while either playing in the game room or swimming. This was a plus for supervising (tired) adults. We did not have an opportunity to utilize the club pool (due to a busy schedule and rain), but did enjoy the play ground and had a quick lunch pool side. Everyone was friendly and helpful on the grounds. Our family felt very safe with the level of security provided.
