The Ramona House is a true gem. 2 upstairs bedrooms sport kings size beds, with 2.5 bathrooms, new kitchen with great living space attached. The house is 1,400 Sq. Ft with additional 600 Sq. Ft of outdoor deck/patio living space, including two connected upstairs ocean views off a main living area and master bedroom. Premium built in 2004, the house is soundproof and has wonderful sliding glass doors throughout. Speaker system can play music throughout the house. TV is all the rooms and wireless internet included. Parking for up to two cars on the property makes this a truly special house, as parking in Laguna can be a challenge.

Amazing in Laguna

From the outside I had questions about this house, but when I got inside I was amazed! Grand architecture with solid construction makes for a quite, relaxed stay! Deck space with Ocean views from the upstairs and so close to everything! I can't wait to stay here again.

The Ramona House - a new Laguna Beach cottage; perfect location for LB vacation! Master Bedrooms has kingsize bed, full private bath and deck with ocean views. Flat screen, private bath and ocean view deck makes the Master bedroom a gem Master bedroom with full private bath has ocean view and original artwork Double deck with Ocean Views. Awnings make the space accessible all year long. Legion Street beach is one block away. Just a few steps south from Main Beach. King Size bed in the second upstairs bedroom, has it's own private deck attached Full Kitchen with all new appliances and design. Large open kitchen area with moveable high top kitchen table with extending leaf Kitchen table is moveable and expands with leaf inside. Seat ups to 8. Paintings from local Laguna Artists make the living space comfortable and plush. Private courtyard brings wonderful light into the quite living room area. Downstairs living room off kitchen has 42' Flatscreen and wireless internet Warm downstairs living has two sets of sliding glass doors, with queen sofa bed. Legion Street Beach has private access with foot shower, just one block away. Upstairs sofa is full size pull out bed as well. Upstairs fireplace and 60' inch flat screen TV. Two full bathrooms with everything new! Stone tile in both showers with window light on ocean side of property. Lake Laguna off Canyon Road makes for great day hiking. Decks with Ocean Views and wireless internet access, work outside! Laguna Beach morning, makes for perfect morning walks alone or with family. Upstairs living has fireplace, TV and deck attached with Ocean Views! Back side of Ramona House has on-site parking and just steps to beach/town
