Perfect summer house
I rented this house for the entire summer for 4 years in a row and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and convenient home for the summer!
The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. The location could not be better: In the quiet neighborhood of Seaview, yet only 2 blocks from bustling Ocean Beach; and only 4-5 minutes walking distance from the beach. The house itself is very quiet and comfortable. The deck area is spacious, and the outdoor shower a big winner with everyone (there are also 2 indoor showers, of course). The living room area is generously laid out and includes a dining area, fire place, TV/hang out corner and porch. The kitchen is cozy yet fits a smaller dining table. The bed rooms vary in sizes for different needs – each room fits at least 2 people. The house has everything you need for the summer – from a bbq grill and beach chairs to a bicycle and a radio flyer wagon. There is also wifi.
The reason we are not going to rent the house this year is because we have a new baby, and our needs have changed. We will miss being in this home.
