Spacious, clean condo with easy access to Old Town Scottsdale

Overall, this condo and owner provide a great experience.

Dave, the owner, is a good communicator, open to answering questions via email or telephone. He made the booking process very easy. Upon booking, Dave provided detailed directions to the condo as well as instructions about the condo, and made himself available for any additional questions. Dave also provided two bottles of wine upon arrival -- what a nice touch!

The condo itself is spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. Parking is easy, it's nice and quiet, and there is a great balcony overlooking the golf course. Location is great -- a nice walk or a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale.

This condo is a good value for the price. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location - walk to Old Town. Facing the golf course is great. Pools and jacuzzi were clean and the patio furniture is top notch. The unit had a very large bedroom on the main floor and a loft bedroom above with the one full bath (small but adequate) and stacker washer / dryer on main as well. Very well appointed with 3 TV's and all the kitchen utensils you would need. Very clean. Great to have contact with the owner since he lives in Mesa. He responded to any questions we had and even came over to show us how to work TV!! Would highly recommend

What a great location and a really great view. The pool was super and heated. My family loved it. It was better than I expected. Thank you for your hospitality. Dave was really nice to deal with. We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

Great spot to land

The photos of the condo do not do it justice. It's simply and nicely furnished, has very comfortable beds (very high on our list of necessities) and every amenity we wanted. There are multiple rentals in this complex, and this unit is back off of the street, on the golf course. It rained much of our visit, and the condo was a great space to relax and read or get some work done. We popped a Duraflame Natural log in the fireplace for instant charm. Only a mile or so to downtown Scottsdale, the location is ideal.

Dave, the personal note and wine upon arrival were a great personal touch. We will definitely reach out to you to stay here in the future, and recommend your place to our friends. Thanks so much!
