Very quiet and private location at the end of a cul-de-sac with no homes directly behind.

The yard is incredible with a Heated pool with waterfall cascading over a cave in the pool. lots of shrubs and trees on the property.. The rear west facing patio stretches across the complete house providing ample space to relax and enjoy the sun.

Featuring a formal living room, formal dining room (seats 8), the breakfast nook has a glass kitchen table. The spacious kitchen has corian counter, breakfast island and pantry. The large windows provides a picturesque view of the back yard. Relax in the family room and enjoy watching the big screen TV with Canadian Satellite feed and 6 local High def stations or connect to wireless Wifi with your computer. Unlimited call can be made in the USA or Canada on the Vonage phone.

Upstairs you will find a master ensuite with California king bed and view of the San Tan Mountains. The ensuite has a soaker tub, separate shower plus his and her sinks. There are three additional bedrooms up and a four piece bathroom.

2 bays of the triple garage are available for your use.

The home is located 4 blocks from Johnson Ranch Golf Course. 3 blocks from Frys Grocery store, pizza place, MacDonalds, video store etc. 2 miles from Wall Mart, Denny's, Sonic Drive in, etc.

10 min drive to San Tan Flats Restaurant and live entertainment.

This is our second home we have in the San Tan Valley. Our last Vacation Rental went over so well, we decided to set up another one with all the same character of our first.

The home is very clean and spacious. The furniture is comfortable and we got a good night sleep in the beds. The pool is enchanting and the yard around it gave lots of room for fun outside. The wifi was a little hit and miss inside the home, but out on the patio it worked great. Ken was very personable and easy to rent from. I would highly recommend this home.

We stayed a the house for the last two weeks in October and found it well equipped in a great area, the local Fry's supermarket and fuel station were 2 minutes drive and had everything you needed. The house is in a cul de sac and has no passing traffic. The patio and pool were really good, the BBQ was very good and we cooked quite a lot on it.
We had originally booked to come earlier in the year but had to postpone due to family illness...Ken and Bev were very understanding, re-booked us with no fuss and returned our deposit very quickly
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

My family and I decided to drive down to Arizona and loved stopping at the Grand Canyon on the way down and drove through Yellowstone Park on the way north. The house and yard far exceeded our family's expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was beautifully furnished. The pool was excellent and the children really liked the cave and waterfall. We definately enjoyed our two weeks spent in the sun. We went hiking at the regional park that is just up the highway. The grocery store was nearby as well as other restaurants and shopping.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
