Located on the Sea of Cortez beach in the small private gated community of Costa Brava (Corridor), this spectacular beachfront villa boasts four bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and is one of few villas located right on the beach. Casa De La Luna is perfect for small families or groups of 4-8 persons/sleeps 8. The front door opens into a rotunda which opens into a living/den area with a breathtaking view of the Sea of Cortez. The patio stretches around a heated pool and hot tub. In addition, there is an section of the patio that extends toward the Sea of Cortez which is the perfect setting for a place to contemplate life's meaning or to be served brunch. You will also enjoy long walks on this pristine private beach with white sand, shimmering ocean waters and thunderous waves. Come enjoy and experience the good life at an affordable price.

About The Owner

We are Art and Patricia Green Pratt of Houston, Texas. We have owned Creative Consumer Research (CCR) Surveys since 1976. We have two adult children, Heather and Ryder. We love our beachfront homes and enjoy the many activities that Cabo and San Jose offer. To give back to the community we are founders of the Green Scholarship Program (GSP) that is a nonprofit organization that supports sending more than 65 students to college in Cabo San Lucas.

Why The Owner chose Palmilla

When we bought Casa de la Luna in 2005 it was after we had purchased Casa de la Playa next door. Our homes are easily accessible from Houston, Texas and is only a 20 minute drive from the Cabo airport. There are great restaurants, shopping and activities for all ages. It is world known for fishing on both the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean.

What makes this villa unique

We enjoy the solitude of being only a few feet from strolling on the beach and hearing the thunderous waves while viewing the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. On the beach there is horseback riding along with relaxing at the pool/hot tub as we look out at the whales migrating in the spring and the turtles laying their eggs on the sandy beach. At the same time, if you decide to go to town, it is only a 15 minute drive to either Cabo San Lucas or San Jose. If we decide not to cook, we bring a chef onto the property. For ultimate relaxation, we bring massage services to the villa as well.
