Our holiday apartment is situated on the second floor of our two-family-house (separate entrance), surrounded by meadows, forest nearby, calm and sunny. On each of the 3 balconies you have a great view of the mountains. In the apartment you find any facilities (e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toys for children) you need for a nice holiday!

Kolbnitz is situated in upper Carinthia, ideal for walking or making trips with the all-inclusive 'Kärnten-Card' or for skiing in winter (20km to the Mölltal glacier). In the village there is a supermarket, a butcher, a bank office and several restaurants.

es passte einfach alles: von der Online-Buchung über die prompte Bestätigung bis zum Empfang durch die sehr netten Vermieter.
Die Wohnung ist geräumg, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Ob wandern, schwimmen, Schifffahren..., oder einfach nur relaxen: es ist für jeden was dabei. Dank der Kärnten Card bleiben die Kosten für diese Unternehmungen auch im Rahmen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Online-Inserat war absolut zutreffend was Lage und Ausstattung betrifft. Dort in Kärnten gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten die Ferientage zu gestalten. Die Bergwelt dort gibt allen eine Möglichkeit die herrliche Natur bei einfachen oder aber anspruchsvolleren Wanderungen zu erleben. Der Millstätter See bietet ebenfalls Erholung beim Baden. Die Wohnung war gefplegt und in allgemein gutem Zustand. Der Kontakt zu der Familie war sehr herzlich und schon vorher per e-mail schnell und konkret. DIese Ferienwohnung ist klar zu empfehlen!

wir waren schon 3 mal in oberkolbnitz im urlaub, und möchten dort gerne wieder den urlaub verbringen. es ist eine völlig eingerichtete, gut gepflegte und geräumige ferienwohnung, mit süd-balkon. die vermieter sorgen dafür dass man sich zuhause fühlt. oberkolbnitz liegt sehr zentral und wenn man interesse hat an ausflügen, bergfahrten, schiffsfahrten, usw. dann ist die kärnten-card unverzichtbar. wir können diese ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen für einen geruhsamen, aber doch abwechslungsreichen urlaub.

Wunderschöne Woche in Kärnten

Mit 6 Personen waren wir eine Woche lang Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns dort immer wohl gefühlt:
Lage inmitten zahlreichen Attraktionen Kärntens
Beschreibung las sich kompliziert, der Weg war aber einfach zu finden.
Es lohnt sich die Kärnter Card zu kaufen. Sie wurde überall einsetzbar und lääst kosten sparen.
Die Wohnung diente uns als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in allen möglichen Richtungen.
Ab dem ersten Augenblick fühlten wir uns dort wie zu Hause.

Sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.
Ruhig gelegen und sehr gepflegt.
Balkone nach drei Himmelsrichtungen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe.
Berggipfel zu erreichen über Bergbahnen. (Vorteilhaft mit "Kärnten-Card"!)
Wander- und Fahrradwege an der Drau entlang.
Hübsches Freibad.
Viele Ausflugsziele in näherer und weiterer Umgebung mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
Kontakt zu Vermietern herzlich und unkompliziert.
