Wear your ski boots and walk across the street where the complimentary bus ride (winter season only) takes you 1/3 mile directly to the base of Winter Park where you can spend a magical day on the snowy Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Areas. Return on the same bus and enjoy either a private or public hot tub or sauna and watch the lifts stop running for the day while the sun drops behind the mountains.
This newly remodeled condo features all the amenities needed for a vacation on the mountain at beautiful Winter Park. With a gas fireplace in the living room and another in an upstairs bedroom, this condo is a romantic getaway that can include privacy while accommodating a group of six. The master bedroom has it's own private hottub, wet bar, large screen TV with a pillow-top King size bed. Enjoy the views of the mountain from the highest room! The master bedroom has a connecting private bathroom where the hot tub, dual sinks and shower are located.
This unit can sleep 6 with a KING size bed upstairs, a QUEEN in a bedroom downstairs and the couch makes out into a FULL bed in the living room.
Our kitchen is complete with everything you need to make yourself at home: Microwave, popcorn popper, tea pot, coffee maker, and fully stocked with dishes and all the pots and pans you need to prepare meals at home.
Off of the kitchen is a balcony with views of ski runs on the Winter Park side and a grill is provided for grilling out anytime of the year. The living area has a large flat screen TV, surround sound and a gas fireplace that makes it so cozy you’ll want to stay in on cold days and enjoy a good book.
The condo proper provides cable, free wi-fi, a large hot tub, sauna, and industrial-sized washers and dryers for large loads just downstairs from our unit.
Winter Park Place Condos are located in Old Town Winter Park across the street from the best ski rental shop with the best prices. Next door is a restaurant/bar "Adolf's Bar" that is a popular place to visit. The ski bus that picks up in front of the condo takes you to the base at Winter Park, where you can walk through the village at Winter Park enjoying the shops. Or you can catch another bus to downtown Winter Park where you can shop, enjoy the mountain restuarants, pick up groceries at Safeway, or catch a movie.
This unit is smoke-free and pet-free. For those of you who have never skiied at Winter Park, there is a train that comes through the entire valley and can be heard from all the places of residence throughout Winter Park. All our guests who stay in the bedroom downstairs don't seem to hear it at night. The upstairs bedroom allows some sound in, although in the winter, it's muffled from the snow. If you are a light sleeper, you may choose to either sleep downstairs or bring some earplugs just in case. We apologize for the noise, but everyone is afflicted with this at Winter Park and we wanted you to be prepared for it when you come so it isn't a problem, whether you stay with us or not.
To make a reservation: two days deposit is required with the balance remaining due one week before your arrival date.
