Beautiful, new townhome within minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and walking distance to the town of Estes Park. Newly constructed with upgraded finishes throughout. The covered deck's provide a perfect place to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Continental Divide, and bbq on the grill.

This home has a living/dining/kitchen in the main living area with an additional 1/2 bath and double car garage. The upper level has a loft with sleeper sofa that looks out to the view and down to the gas fireplace in the living room. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, sitting area and full bath including a jetted tub. The queen bedroom is also upstairs and shares a 3/4 bath with the loft area and has a private balcony. The lower garden level has a full bath, an entertainment area with sofa sleeper, twin day bed and tv. The lower level also has a third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. This unit does have free wireless internet service.

There was a dead mouse in the downstairs and dead flies. I could have clean the place better. Also the towles could use some softener. But we had a awesome time. Also a snow shovel could have been nice.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We are sorry there was a mouse in the house. We have taken care of that and strive to maintain a pest free environment. Due to the nearby open space, etc. sometimes one slips by. The cleaners have been reminded to be more diligent in their efforts.

We returned again to this great home after staying during colder months last year. The location is even more appealing if it is very busy in town since it is walking distance to downtown while being in a quiet area. This place is large enough to accommodate a number of people but the 3 levels allows separation if desired.
Love the view off of upper and lower decks. Kitchen well supplied for fixing meals in. The owners have left some videos for the kids and books and games also.
Will definitely return.

We came from Kansas, Minnesota, and Texas to enjoy a family gatheriung in beautiful Estes Park. This was our second year in 726 and again it worked perfectly for our needs. We have been vacationing in and around Estes for over 40 years, so it is a sure thing that we'll return again and again. Thanks for everything!!

Had an awesome time feeding the birds. We really enjoyed your nice home in the mountains!. The kids enjoyed the homemade zipline in the open space area. We will definitely plan a trip back here sometime.
