This condo and location are everything you would need! No need to travel to the islands it is all here! This condo Is comfortable, clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your vacation along with breathtaking views and watching the dolfins go by. Everything you would want from restaurants, bars, beach, shops, pier, movies in the park to water sports are all within minutes of walkings. For those that like theme parks they are within a 2 hour drive. Hockey games, baseball preseason games, golf and downtown events all very close as well. On top of all this the owner is a great guy and makes sure you have all the information you need to make your stay enjoyable. Please don't hesitate as they book up fast as we learned. For those who don't want to travel with a car, fly in and take a taxi to your location $35.00 from Tampa airport. No need to drive! Enjoy your stay! Can't wait to return!

We spent the month of January in this beautiful condo. The location is perfect. Out the entrance to the complex, a few yards away, is "Florida's Best Beach." Within walking distance, there are many great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The landlord was very helpful, going beyond his responsibilities to his tenants.

The best place at Clearwater Beach. Recommended!!

This property is by our experience the best at Clearwater Beach. You are secure in a gated community, with a great unobstructed view of the ocean from the pool/sundeck. Just a minute walk from Clearwater Beach, and several nice restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

This unit is very nice and upgraded in every way. Everything is new, tasteful, clean and has all necessary utilities.

On top of that, the owner is a delight to deal with. He will certainly make you feel welcome in every way.
We can not recommend this enough, and will definetely come again. Thanks again for our stay.
