848A Pennlyn Place (first floor), built in 2007, is a beautiful and clean home on a quiet tree lined street only 11 houses away from the beach and boardwalk! Amenities include, but are not limited to: full kitchen with all cookware and dishes, (4) 26 inch cruiser bikes, 6 beach tags, 4 beach chairs, wireless internet, new furnishings, washer/dryer/dishwasher, air conditioned/ceiling fans, tv in each bedroom/ dvd and vhs players, games, books, and family friendly movies for use, enclosed outside shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach, garage (great to store all your beach equipment!), front and back porch, off street parking & fireplace (not for use April-September). If you are interested, also be sure to also ask about our winter, spring, & fall daily, weekend and monthly rates, as well as weekends/holidays!

Closeby there is a causeway leading north out of Ocean City for easy access to Atlantic City and the casinos.

Notes: New laminate flooring in living room, dining room, and hall. Unfortunately we will not rent for senior week/post prom week or to unaccompanied minors under 25. The unit is non smoking and we do not allow grills on the decks.

We stayed here last year through the 4 th of July week. Couldn't have asked for more! Home was very clean & fully stocked. SO close to beach! Walked everywhere... Biked to Browns & Oves for donuts in the morning. Loved tea on the porch in the morning...:)
