Award-winning home (Tahoe Quarterly Magazine) with fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, reclaimed hardwood floors, stone wood-burning fireplace, 50” plasma screen TV, and hot tub. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 (King, Queen, twin bunks – sleeps 4). Beautiful mountain views. Gas barbecue grill on large, sunny, fully-furnished deck. Bear Creek has a beautiful pond, with sandy beaches and large grass area. Rafts for kids. Close to hiking, mountain biking. Kids paradise in summer! Two-car garage. Plowing service.

Home is 1/4 mile from Alpine Meadows parking lot - easy walk. Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley (10 minutes away) are now under same ownership, so there is a regular shuttle bus between the mountains.

About The Owner

I purchesed this home in 2004 after owning a different home 1/2 mile away for 13 years. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and Tahoe is the perfect get-away for me. The ourdoors lifestyle is fantastic! Skiing, snowboarding, all winter sports - hiking, etc in the summer time. The Alpine Meadows area is beautiful, peaceful, and unspoiled. The perfect mountain getaway.

Alpine Meadows is tranquil and beautiful, yet close to everything. You have the best of both worlds. Being able to walk to the ski area (Alpine Meadows) is a huge plus! Alpine Meadows has great terrain, yet is friendly and welcoming.
