YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME - Our condo is a walk-in with no steps from our personal parking spots in front of our garages. Unwind in the thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and enjoy a good night's sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed, tv, dedicated workspace, blackout curtains, closet and French doors to the covered patio. A second bedroom is outfitted with pretty linens, a comfortable queen bed, tv, black out curtains and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is perfect with a twin over full bunk bed (kids ony on the top level😊) and an additional full bed with a walk-in closet. If you need additional space - our brand new sleeper sofa can sleep 2. Enjoy our 2 well-appointed bathrooms, each with a double sink ensuring everyone has ample space and privacy. Our master bath has a brand new walk-in shower! Our hall bath has a tub/shower with double vanities. We also provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. The open concept living & dining areas are perfect for gatherings! Enjoy our well stocked kitchen, a meal with your family in the dining room or a newspaper and coffee on our outdoor patio. The dining area has 2 tables and seating for 10 and is open to the living room. Stay entertained with a range of amenities, including flat screen TV's, board games and more. High-speed WIFI keeps you connected. The home comes furnished with linens and towels (including brightly colored pool towels in the laundry room); a kitchen that is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, bakeware and utensils; fast WIFI, cable and board games/cards to play when you are done enjoying all that Branson has to offer. Our condo has a 2 car garage for your use during your stay. Feel free to bring your bicycles, kayak or canoe & use our garage.

POINTE ROYALE AMENITIES - 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball, a pub, access to Lake Taneycomo to trout fish (fishing license required), walking and biking trails and more! The Pointe Royale golf course has great rates as well as golf carts, a pub and is conveniently located just a half mile from our condo.

OUR COMMUNITY - We want you to have a great time in our Branson home, but please respect the neighborhood norms. This is not a party community. There are quiet hours before 8 AM and after 10 PM so you can enjoy yourself and get a restful sleep. This is a gated community so that you can feel secure during your stay and not worry about excess traffic as we are on a dead end street. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS - we will leave you to your peace. Just provide our Building #, Unit # and the last date of your stay to the personnel at the secure entry gate and you can drive to our condo which is less than a mile from the gate. Please check yourself in with our Smartlock and start enjoying your vacation! There are waters in the fridge, coffee/tea/hot chocolate (half n half in the fridge) and a welcome book near the front door. You are always welcome to message us and we will cater to your needs. Our welcome book also includes the WIFI password and suggestions for local eateries and entertainment.

FINAL NOTES - Our family visited Branson for the first time in 2022 and fell in love with the town, the people and the attractions. We decided to purchase this "vacation home" as we felt our family would love to visit. We hope you have the same experience during your stay. You can visit Branson multiple times and not see everything it has to offer. We do not allow pets or smoking/vaping at the condo to insure that everyone has an enjoyable visit.
