Treat yourself and your loved ones to a luxurious oceanfront getaway on Rockaway Beach! This six-bedroom villa has vaulted ceilings and panoramic ocean views, with beautiful leather furnishings and a gourmet kitchen. For a celebration, reunion, or just the vacation of a lifetime, there's no better spot than this elegant dream home on the Pacific!

A dramatic stone facade with twin staircases leads to the front door, making a lasting impression before you even step in the door. The grand foyer has a beautiful staircase leading up to the second floor, while a hallway leads back to the great room. There, an open floor plan offers plenty of space for groups to socialize and enjoy the jaw-dropping ocean views from windows along every wall of the house.

The living area has rich hardwood floors and soft leather seating arranged around a gas fireplace. The mantel holds a 52" flatscreen television, supplemented with a surround sound stereo system. On chilly evenings, it's the perfect spot to gather everyone around for a movie screening or settle in with a bottle of wine by the fire and watch a winter storm roll in. And of course, the foosball table will keep younger guests entertained on rainy days!

The gourmet kitchen will satisfy even the most particular of chefs; granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range and dishwasher, of course), plenty of high-quality cookware, baking supplies, and serve ware. Enjoy your own private waterfront dining at the eight-person formal table, or have a more casual bite at the island with five barstools.

When it's time to retire for the evening, six bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 22 guests! The lower level of the house has two bedrooms and a full bathroom; the first bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second has both a full-sized futon and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Heading upstairs, one lucky couple will have the master suite, which is a luxurious retreat within the house itself. The master suite includes a queen bed, private balcony with breathtaking ocean views, a flat-screen television, and a full bath with walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Two other upstairs bedrooms both include two sets of bunk beds, and the fourth upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, ocean views, and another flat-screen television. The upstairs guest bath has his-and-her sinks, a tub/shower combination, and an enclosed restroom. Additional amenities such as a washer and dryer and Internet access ensure that guests will have everything they need to make the most of their time on the beach -- and yes, even your four-legged friends can enjoy this pet-friendly getaway!

The house is located near a small creek running into the ocean, providing a bit more privacy and unobstructed views than many Rockaway Beach homes. Sip your morning coffee on the back porch while you watch the waves roll in, or gather everyone around the outdoor fire pit on the sand for late-night s'mores and ghost stories! This beach villa has the perfect location in Rockaway, just north of the beautiful Twin Rocks and a short walk to the town's charming restaurants and shops.

Varsity Softball Team Retreat exceeds all our expectations!!!!!

Our team of 14 players and 3 coaches thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay during spring break 2013. There was plenty of room, comfortable dining, lounging and sleeping areas.
The girls enjoyed the in room sauna, sitting around the large kitchen table, kitchen accommodations, easy access to the beach, view from the deck and the upper balcony deck, fire pit (where we made smores), spiral staircase (which made for great team pictures), and thank you for perfectly arranging for the gorgeous and warm, atypical spring weather!!!!!
There were no moments that we did not enjoy everything about our spring "vacation" here!

Great Location

We had a great time. We found the home clean and well stocked. The bathrooms and hot water would be a challenge for 22 people, we were not quite that many. Would be nice to have more seating, (lounge and dining). Awesome views, awesome tides, very nice,flat, quiet beach with lots of space for running and beachcombing. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a mishap with one of the bunkbeds on arrival, my brother in law lay on the lower bunk and went through, a slat gave way and another broke due to improper assembly. I called Vacasa and within an hour a maint. man was there and soon had it all repaired. I would like to have this place again. Thanks for everything.

I highly recommend staying at this vacation rental if you are looking for a beautiful location to spend time with family, friends, or co-workers. There were spectacular ocean views from right inside the house, and the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everyone at Vacasa was very helpful and friendly. Five stars all around!

We look forward each year to vacation at the villa in Rockaway Beach, Oregon.
A Wonderful Location right on the beach. But safe for the little ones too. They call it the river that runs from the house to the ocean.
We love this house!

Rockaway Villa-- a lovely getaway.
A beautiful place right on the beach, it is great for large groups. We had a wonderful weekend, and it's so nice to find a house that is dog friendly. We will definitely return!
