Home away from home... Beautifully updated, comfortably furnished, 2600 sq foot, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in popular San Tan Valley subdivision of Johnson Ranch. Spacious master bedroom has a California king-size bed, huge walk-in closet and ensuite with soaker tub and separate shower. Three additional bedrooms all have queen-size beds and lots of storage. The loft area has a futon for additional sleeping. There are televisions in the master bedroom, loft and downstairs family room, telephone (with free US/Canada long distance), cable and wi-fi are also included.

The fully-stocked kitchen has new appliances including gas range, and opens up into a large dining area and family room. A laundry room and half-bath are also conveniently located downstairs.

The beautiful private heated pool, outdoor fireplace and custom designed barbeque/bar area are waiting for the Snowbirds to arrive!

Relax in the sunshine, enjoy beautiful mountain views, walk through the quiet, secure neighborhood, play a round of golf at one of the many golf courses in the area, work out at the YMCA just 5 minutes away, take in a show at the nearby movie theatre or go horseback riding or hiking in the local San Tan Mountain Regional Park.

Great Home - Great Holiday

This Johnson Ranch home was everything we needed and more. The house was clean and very comfortable. The awesome backyard, heated pool, fireplace and outdoor kitchen was everything we wanted to spend 3 weeks in February, away from the snowy and cold winter in Saskatchewan. Kathy and Rob were very nice, very accommodating and very helpful. It was a pleasure to rent this home from them. We really enjoyed our stay in your amazing home. We are hoping to return next year!

almost too good to be true

The Johnson Ranch house was very easy to find at night on our drive from the Phoenix airport. We really loved the location near groceries/shopping and some great hiking. There are 4 very comfortable beds and a master on-suite with a wonderful tub to soak those sore muscles in after hiking. The ping pong table and "heated" pool were a bonus, along with the outside patio, fireplace and BBQ area with sliding window to the kitchen were really enjoyed by all!! Everything you need for an awesome vacation. Just add food, wine and family and you don't need anything else. A great place to rent!
Kathy & Rob even checked in to see how things were.

A great home, very spacious, clean & comfortable, it offers everything you need for a vacation home stay.
There are a number of golf courses within a 30 minute drive; the Johnson Ranch course is 5 mins away.
After golf, hiking, or sightseeing spend time around the pool and/or the evening around the fire pit.
We made good use of the pool, outdoor fireplace and cooking area; they're a very nice feature indeed.
Also recommend a trip to San Tan Flats for a great Steak dinner and a bit of family entertainment.
Rob & Kathy were very accomodating and easy to work with in arranging our stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers

Amazing!!!! This house has everything you need to feel at home. The pool and outdoor cooking area are unbelievable, you almost don't need the house! Even in 100 degree heat it was pleasant. Many golf courses to choose from, all within a half hour from the house. Rob and Kathy are super easy to work with. We Highly recommend staying here.

Family Vacation

Although this is the first time we've stayed in the San Tan Valley/Queen Creek area, we use VRBO to find rental properties every year for our family vacation - which includes the adult children and their grandparents. Kathy and Rob were wonderful to work with and made everything a breeze. The home is very comfortable, offers everything you could possibly need for your home away from home, and is located close to shopping. Evenings at the outdoor bar/kitchen or around the fire pit gazing at the clear, bright star lit sky was a wonderful way to end each day.
