Welcome to my Florida Villa, We have just completed our third year as owners of this Villa, and we have had another terrific year!! As you can see from the testimonials, our visitors love the Villa, its amenities and its central position.

My standards are very high and we have meticulously installed the highest level of comforts for your enjoyment.

Our villa sleeps 8 and is an ideal base for your family Disney vacation, with 1,940 square feet of living space. Our home is air conditioned with the added advantage of having it's own private screened heated swimming pool.

If you are a Golfing enthusiast, the Highlands Reserve is literally around the corner, or if you want a greater challenge the exclusive Champion's Gate and Reunion are only minutes away.

Local shopping areas include Walmart, Publix, and every restaurant you can imagine.

We hope you have an opportunity to visit our Villa, you will not be disappointed. Truly your home from home.

We loved the villa very much. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was awesome and worth having the heater on because it did get a bit chilly at night. The drive into town and to go to Disney was approx. 10-15 minutes away. I would not hesitate to stay in this villa again. I am fussy when it comes to pillows so I packed mine but discovered that I didn't need to because the pillows were great.

Just a note to say we (family of 6) recently stayed at Hilda's home for a week on a get-away from northern Iowa. We were a little apprehensive as we have never done anything other than hotels. Needless to say, this was 100% better and felt just like being at home without the snow. The house was very clean, very nicely furnished, and just as advertised.
We talked to Hilda directly and were very impressed with her. Our next trip to Florida will definitely start with a call to see if we can rent from Hilda again.

AWESOME !!

First of all, Hilda, you are awesome and provided answers to any questions that I have almost immediately. Much appreciated.
Six of us (Myself, wife, two kids and my parents) stayed at this house for a week and was great! It has all the comfort of home in this house. Almost like we never left our own home. The kids love the pool and had a hard time getting them out of the pool. All six of us love your home and the amenities it has to offer.
We definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about coming down to Disney/Orlando area. We would definitely come back to this house again and hopefully sooner rather than later.

Fantastic vacation home away from home! My family and I stayed at Hilda's villa for 5 nights. Best vacation ever! Very clean and spacious home, highly recommended for those who want to feel at home. Hotels are so out if possible!


House amenities were on point, nothing was lacking. Upon returning from the theme parks, we were able to come in and relax as though we were in our own home. The children loved it so much, that we will be returning in July 2012. Thanks Tanner's for a fantastic stay!

Great vacation villa!

My family and I stayed at Hilda's villa for 4 nights and it had all the convenience of home. It was nice and spacious, especially since it was only the 3 of us. The couches were comfortable and the bed in the master bedroom was according to my wife, "heavenly." I liked how there were plush toys on the single beds for my daughter to play with. Before we left, I had to buy her a Thumper plush doll since she didn't want to part with the one at the villa. My family and I enjoyed the pool the most. There were even pool toys to play with. Thanks Hilda for making this trip so memorable!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
