The second level houses four perfectly appointed bedrooms, three with king-size beds and one with a single bed. Each room offers ample storage space and beds adorned in crisp, hotel-quality linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Ascending to the highest level, the master suite awaits. This ensuite bedroom is not just spacious but also provides all the amenities needed for a restful retreat, including a dedicated dressing area.

For added convenience, the house features two full bathrooms (one on each level), with a bathtub and shower, and an additional toilet for your convenience. Fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided in each bathroom.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
