A terrific central location for vacation or business, this two bedroom, two bath luxury apartment sleeps six. This is a perfect residence for a family or large groups. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment overlooks the pool club level.

This is modern urban living with an art deco flare in the heart of Hollywood. You are steps from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the world famous Mann's Chinese Theatre and the Kodak Theatre, where the Oscars telecast live. This apartment includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with blond wood cabinetry, granite counters, a kitchen island and breakfast counter and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, walk in closet, full bath with double sinks, en suite. The second bedroomincludes a queen bed and large, double door closet. The living room L shaped sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed. A large dining table, flat screen television and large balcony complete the living area. There is a stacked washer/drye

You have full access to the state of the art gym and the 3rd floor pool and club level, which includes a lap pool, jacuzzi, stainless steel barbeque grills and club lounge with flat screen television and a view of the pool. Also included in the club lounge is complementary wi-fi access, guest computers and a printer/fax.

Right across the street from your residence is the Hollywood and Highland Entertainment Complex, which houses the Mann Chinese Theatres, Kodak Theatre, shopping, dining and the Lucky Strike Bowling Club and Lounge. Also within walking distance, is the El Capitan and the Egyptian, both restored historic movie palaces playing new and classic films.

During the summer, you can take a leisurely walk or a quick taxi ride to the Hollywood Bowl which showcases concerts, musical theatre and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Sunset Boulevard nightclubs and fine dining, and shopping in Beverly Hills is fifteen minutes away. Downtown, Dodger Stadium, Staples Center, the beach or the movie and television studios of Burbank, Universal Studios and Culver City, are all within a less than 20 minute drive.

    There is no security deposit required, you are protected for any accidental damages up to $1,500. The cost for Property Protection Plan is $49 per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover you for incidental damages.

    Our check in time is 4pm, check out time is 11 am. Early/Late Check in (s) are $40.00 based on availability. Check outs after 2 pm are an additional nights stay.

    One time cleaning fee posted in rates applies to all bookings regardless of length of stay.

    We do accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
  • This unit accommodates 6 people. Additional fee applies for the 5th and 6th person.

I loved this place. I didn't want to leave and the girl in the office was super sweet. I wouldn't mind actually renting an apartment from them.
