Sea Biscuit – Completely renovated in 2011. This home is ready for you to enjoy. The main house has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) and two new bathrooms. The great room and private pool were all newly constructed. There is guest suite that opens onto the pool; this suite has a queen bed, a bathroom and kitchenette. This arrangement is perfect for traveling with friends or family ….. you can share the common living space while enjoying the privacy of the separate cottage.

The main house great room has a full kitchen and a sliding glass wall that opens to the outdoor living space and the pool.. The yard and pool are quite and private… you will be able to relax and enjoy your coffee or margarita with your party.

The house is just steps off of Duval St. It is at the Southern end of Duval in the Gallery District. The location is close to the great Key West shopping, restaurants and nightlife… but away from the tourist crowds. The Southern Most Point and a public beach are 4 blocks away. So when you want a break from the pool, it is a quick walk to the beach.

I saw that this property didn't have any reviews yet and wanted to be the first to say it is fantastic. It is beautifully decorated and a well-planned remodel. All of the bedrooms are very spacious and each have their own bath. The great room is just that with it's gorgeous wood ceiling. I loved the patio and pool area with it's abundant seating, making it a great area for socializing. The location is great as well, being steps off Duval and well lit for those late walks home. One tip to avoid a cold shower is that the hot and cold are reversed in one of the main house bathrooms. And if I had to make one request it would be for some nice acrylic glasses to be used outside as well as a pitcher for mixing drinks. The owner of this house was very responsive and organized, so inquiries and reservations were handled efficiently. If you have the opportunity, don't hesitate to rent this lovely home.

The Sea Biscuit and owner Todd were all that we'd hoped for during our Winter holiday in Key West. They house and cottage in the back were newly renovated and well appointed.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers
