Our beatifull and charming vacation house Villa Caribe is in a quiet and central residential area, in Cape Coral. The house has a beutifull landscaping and you will enjoy beig in the middle of the tropical vegetation, which will make your vacation even more dream-like. In spite of its quiet location, the house is only a few minutes away from the shopping centers and restaurants of Cape Coral and Fort Myers. The fantastic beaches of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island are only a 25 minute drive away (according to the season). The interior decoration is very elegant and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and fulfils all of your desires. This is a house where you will feel really relaxed.

Cape Coral is a city in the Lee County, in the US state Florida, USA. It has 128.000 inhabitants (stand: 2004). The region of the city is 298,1 km² large. The city is divided into 4 big squares: Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast. Most of the streets are simply numbered serially. Two central streets create these divisions. The boulevard Santa Barbara divides the city in East and West. The Pine Island road divides the city in North and South. Cape Coral has had one of the fastest developments among the communities in Florida, thanks to its numerous coastal estates and channels, lakes and swimming pools. Many of the estates have direct access to Pine Island Sound or to Caloosahatchee River.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above mentioned rental rate is valid for 1 week and up to 6 persons (adults and/or children). The rental prices are complete and final prices (including all taxes). A security deposit of USD $350,00 is to be handed in to our property management the day your arrival. The final cleaning fee is USD $135,00. If you decide to rent the house, we will ask for a 30% down payment of the total rent. This should be paid within 7 working days after receiving the booking confirmation which will be sent to you direct from our property management. All the rental rates are given in US Dollars. Electricity, water costs, telephone usage in the local area, pool service and garden care and solar pool heating are included in the rental rate. Long Distance calls will be charged separately.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und haben alle den Pool geliebt.Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und sehr komfortabel, mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist, um einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Cape Coral geniessen zu können. Der Pool ist sehr groß, alles ist wunderbar gepflegt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es en Masse, 5 Min. mit dem Auto. Ein Mietauto ist allerdings ein Muss, da man sonst nicht zu den schönen Stränden von Sanibel oder Ft.Myers fahren kann ( ca. 1/2 Stunde entfernt).
Kurz und gut : die Beschreibung ist sehr gut! Es traf alles so zu wie angegeben.
