PARQUE 93 MODERN STYLISH PLACE CLOSE TO BARS & RESTAURANTS

I loved AptsColombia! I wish it was worldwide! I travel a lot and got tired of staying in hotels especially for extended stay so I decided to look into renting an apartment this time around. I have to say, I was a little worried about how the entire process would go but turns out I had an amazing experience. First the customer service is impeccable! I got responses to my email within a few hours every time I corresponded with AptsColombia. The reservation process was super easy but best of all is that someone was waiting in the apartment to give me the key even though my flight got into Bogota late and I ended up arriving at midnight. I received the key and a receipt of payment as well as all the information from the person managing the apartment if I needed anything. The building itself is really secure. There are really nice security guards/doorman 24/7 that also helped me in giving direction, calling taxis or whatever else I needed help with. The apartment was really well located near the Parque 93 and I could walk to everything (restaurants, spa, clubs, grocery store, cinema, etc). The apartment itself looks modern and is very clean and spacious. Everything I needed was there (appliance, pots, pans, dishes, linen, towels even a washing machine which was very convenient). The wifi connection was perfect, and there was a lot of TV channels to choose from (also a few in different languages). All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an alternative to staying in a hotel. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Bogota!

The only thing I would suggest which is not related to the company really but could help future travelers is to let them know that the currency exchange at baggage claim in Bogota airport is always open regardless of flight arrival time.
