Bunk Room sleeps 7; Master Suite upstairs with private bath &TV; Private bedroom with Queen size bed downstairs. Bunk room downstairs with full size bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, two with full on bottom. Sleeper sofa downstairs in living area with TV/DVD. Sectional Couch upstairs in game room with 50' Plasma, DVD. Walking distance to beach access located on 11th St . Large 400+ Square foot deck with bar off of Living/Game room is ideal for entertaining or a weekend getaway. Brand New Pool in backyard lets you enjoy the amenities of the newer developments within the privacy of your own rental home at a fraction of the cost. Flat Screen TV's, DVD, Cable available along with board games card tables, bumper pool, etc. Enjoy a game of cards in the game room bar area looking out at the Sunset while watching the game on the BIG TV!!! Parking available for 5 full size vehicles. 45+ feet depth w/ 9-10' width on driveway for boats or RV's. Enjoy your own private pool while grilling out on the BBQ Pit your catch of the day!!

Fantastic location. Just a short walk to the beach. Three very large bedrooms with the highlight being the party deck! The pool was FANTASTIC!

Would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous stay in PA at the Sandbox. The beach house was delightful. The kids especially enjoyed the game table upstairs! The close proximity to town and the beach was an added bonus. We would definitely look into staying there again.

A wonderful clean home that is well stocked for the active family! The flexibility of the living and sleeping areas made our family get-together a happy one! We have rented several homes in Port A and this was one of the very best! The owner is terrific and so very helpful! We had some poor weather, but still enjoyed ourselves with the game table upstairs and making our meals together downstairs! With the pool, large grill and deck, this home is a winner!

Thanksgiving at Port Aransas

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving vacation at Port Aransas. The owner was wonderful to work with. She always replied right back to us and was very flexible working with our needs. The house was updated, beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed. The only down side for us was that we had small children and the beach was not really in walking distance for us but you are able to drive right up on the beach so it wasn't too inconvenient. I would highly recommend this property
