Manasquan Summer House Rental Available for the summer only. Nice size (2200sqft) modern contemporary home and is by far no Bungalow or Small Cape Cod. A note about the storm: 'The home was built elevated to withstand possible flooding and this was confirmed with Sandy, there was no interior damage.' 'The house is fully recovered from storm and ready for the summer.' The town has stated that the beaches will be open and ready for memorial weekend. Let the summer begin!

Downstairs particulars: Living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, laundry area, and a half bathroom. There is a nice deck area outside the family room with outside furniture. A few steps lower and you are on a large patio area with a gas grill for all your BBQ needs. There is also a convenient outside shower for use when returning from the beach having both hot and cold water.
The home is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood (no party-war-zone) surrounded by luxuriuos homes and is just a few steps to the waterviews of the Glimmer Glass and not far from the ocean and beaches(within walking distance). It will comfortably sleep 8 and has all the modern home amenities that will make your stay cozy and comfortable.
What a Great Place for Summer Fun: There is a non-motorized boat ramp within walking distance where you can go canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding. The beach at Manasquan has public bathing areas w/lifeguards and a boardwalk for walking/jogging. The Manasquan train station and quaint town with its restaurants and shops are within a few miles.
This home is available for rent only during the SUMMER months! Most utilities are included in the rent. Weekly rentals are Saturday (checkin at 1pm) to Saturday (checkout at 11am) unless otherwise agreed upon. NO PETS please. The weekly rent is dependent on the week selected and range from $2400 to $2900. Note: The certificate of occupancy (CO) for the house is to sleep 8 only.

More than two weeks rental, security deposit is $1500 (Refundable after stay providing home is left in condition it was found)

Cleaning service is $100+tipping (this is mandatory and must be scheduled and paid by tenant to the owner's trusted and reliable cleaning lady, Karine) If place is extremely messy the cleaning fee could be more.
