Chalet with 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, bathroom and garage for car

Feature: Construction of two floors, with one apartment per floor of 50 m2. Each with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Rooms: l bedroom w / double bed and a room with bunk beds. The two have wardrobes and bedside table. It also features for your convenience: ironing board, electric iron, 6 pillows, comforters 4, 8 blankets. Each room sleeps two.

Living room: Sofa bed (which allows "accommodation" of two more people), table w / four chairs, stereo color television, space heater, coffee table and curtains with black-out.

Kitchen: stove four burners, refrigerator 280 lts., Microwave oven, tap with hot / cold water, blender, Tostex. Kitchenware: Game of cutlery, crockery, glasses, all for six. Mop, bucket, broom, mop, etc..

Parking space for one car per apartment; Common Area: tank and clothesline; Mains 110 and 220 volts

Location: Rua Francisco Romeiro, 383 A - Capivari, Campos do Jordao, Sao Paulo - SP

Distant about 400 meters from the church square, Baden-Baden and the famous "centrinho Campos", but without the "hustle".
