This Condo is on the second floor of the Estero Beach Club condominium overlooking Fort Myers Beach. It is the biggest condo of the whole condominium. We are across the street from Tops Supermarket grocery store.
The following are our rates:
• (IN-SEASON: November 15- April 14) $1,200 per week; $175 per additional night
• (OFF-SEASON: April 15- November 14) $750 per week; $110 per additional night
• (SUMMER RATE: June 27- July 11) $1,000 per week
We require a MINIMUM 2 week stay for IN SEASON
and one week stay for OFF SEASON.

We are 40 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and located 1 mile from downtown Fort Myers Beach. We are in walking distance from the Pier, Jet Ski Rentals and Parasailing, Fort Myers Beach Town Square, Tops Supermarket grocery store, Public Library, variety of restaurants, and a year-round Trolley stop in front of the condominium.

My family and I (4 adults and 2 small children) loved this condo. My husband and I have stayed in this building before, smaller condo. This condo has ample space for a larger family who may need some privacy at times. In addition to the enormous master suite (with walk in closet) we were able to close off one of the bathrooms and make the twin bedroom a "suite".(they have a pocket door to the hall and a door into the room).. The kitchen was equipped everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. This unit is a corner unit, lots of beautiful sunlight if you choose to keep the drapes open. The location to grocery stores and "down town" is perfect. The trolley stop is located just outside the condo property and makes it very convenient to go north or south on the island. We enjoyed all of our meals on the lanai. The view of the beach and ocean is perfect. Prior to our arrival we were informed that the pool would be closed due to renovations, POOL? Who needs a pool when you have the ocean just outside your window? We experienced a hiccup with the air-conditioning..which was quickly resolved by the owner. We will return to this location and condo in the near future.
We really enjoyed this home. It was the perfect location, just far enough from downtown to avoid the craziness, but close enough to walk. The home was very nice AND very roomy. We had a beautiful view of the beach and pool. Beds were extremely comfortable. The overall property was well maintained and clean. It allowed everyone to do their "thing". We explored the nearby state parks, biked on the beach, fished and the teenagers enjoyed the downtown area.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. There is plenty of room to be very comfortable. The location is great. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. We hope to come back again next year.
