Ronna Brand, 2007 President of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® (BHGLAAR), has been at the helm of Brand Realty, Inc. for over 26 years.
Brand Realty has kept a strong presence through the highs and lows of the industry by combining residential brokerage with relocation and leasing services.
Ronna Brand's personal strengths include the proficient representation of sellers and the intuitive pairing of buyers with an ideal home in a community suited to their lifestyle:
'Sometimes I feel like a matchmaker... after getting to know my client, I picture them in a home I feel is just right for them, and then, if I feel the two will be compatible, I make the introduction.'
She is a veteran of intricate negotiations and charismatic communicator which insure a successful outcome for those who work with her. With an outgoing personality, warm smile, and infectious laugh Ronna can take the 'toughest deal' to the table and have everyone sharing a meal after it's done.
She has served as BHGLAAR's Treasurer/President Elect before she was elected 2007 President. As president, she not only launched new and effective committees but created and produced the first annual 'Donald J. Trump' Award to which Mr. Trump was in attendance. The award has been bestowed to industry leaders on three occasions. Ronna remains an active member of BHGLAAR and serves as a State Director for the California Association of Realtors® (CAR).
Ms. Brand was named 2008 Realtor of the Year by the BHGLAAR. In 2010 she had the honor to join the Real Estate Commission for Senator Curren Price and is now an active Board Member on the State Structural Pest Control Board.
Her deep respect for all she encounters in business extends itself to charitable contributions; and has volunteered her personal time to numerous charities. Ms. Brand currently resides in Los Angeles and Palm Springs,CA.
