We loved our vacation in Exuma! It was beautiful, everyone was extremely friendly, and the best part... not having to share the beaches with anyone!!! The property worked out great for our family and was the perfect central location on the island. We enjoyed going to Latitudes most nights for dinner or dessert and drinks, and loved the Labour Day party! My daughter danced for hours and knew everyone before the night was over. She is not a normal 5 year old! It was great to get to know some of the locals. Food at Santanna's and Driftwood Cafe was excellent! I would suggest those places to every tourist.
I think we hit up most of the beaches on the island... Jolly Hall, Tropic of Cancer, 3 Sisters, Coco Plum. Loved all the sand dollars we collected at Coco Plum! Took the water taxi to Stocking Island one day, played and hung out at Chat n' Chill, and enjoyed it so much we rented a Boston Whaler from Minn's Water Sports to do some more snorkeling and exploring around the island. Did the 4 C's Adventure tour. Kids loved snorkeling at Thunderball Grotto, swimming with the pigs and sharks, and holding the starfish.
Glad we rented a car so we could explore the whole island. Much easier with kids and car seats to have a car instead of using taxis.
Thanks for all of your help! We will definitely suggest you to all of our friends.
