Veterans Golf course, Brentwood Recreation area close by for golf, tennis, basketball, children's park. Easy access to 405 at Sunset Blvd. for all LA destinations, theme parks or Beach. Adjacent to Santa Monica and Westwood UCLA. Master bedroom has 50' HDTV and king bed. Guest bedroom has 2 queens and TV. The living room has a spacious L shaped couch with a queen sofa bed. 46' flat screen TV in living room. Dining area has table with 6 chairs. There is a private patio with a fountain and 6 chairs and beautiful bouganvilla bush. The community area has 2 pools, jacuzzi, outdoor shower and changing room.
