Only two miles from Disney's main gate and minutes from all that central Florida has to offer. This can truly be your home away from home. The Master Bedroom suite provides a king sized canopy bed, large walk in closet and private full bath with separate stall shower and tub. Bedroom number two also has a king sized bed and facilities for infants. Bedroom three has a queen sized bed and the other two have two single beds each. Each bedroom has its own TV. Full sized Kitchen with all utensils and modern appliances. 55'' High Definition TV in the Family Room with Italian leather couches. Free broadband access with Wi-Fi (rev N) throughout the home and patio area.

Formosa Gardens Estates: Our home is located in the prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens. We are widely recognized as being the closest, executive quality development to Disney World. Disney's main gate is about 2 miles away. Each property has approximately 1/3 of an acre which is a rarity for Florida developments.

Beautiful property, perfect location, spotless, owner is super easy to deal with - highly recommend!

We travel to Kissimmee anually and always stay in the same home in Formosa Gardens. This year we were disappointed to learn that the home we usually rent was not available. After a lot of research, we chose this home, only a few doors away from where we usually stay! We were NOT disappointed - we were actually THRILLED! WOW! The home is as you see in the pictures, and so much more. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. You would never know a family had just left that same morning. With 6 people, including 2 teenagers, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own private space. The pool was AWESOME! It was heated to a perfect temperature, and clean, clean, clean! We contacted the management company once with a question and they were fabulous - believe me, not every mangagement company is that friendly!! Furnishings were top notch - I guess my only suggestion might be to upgrade the TV's to flat screens. If you are looking for the perfect rental home, look no further. I think we have found a new "home away from home" for our annual Florida vacations! Thanks Steve!

Wonderful Holiday!

Just got back March 4 2012.

As others have stated, home is spotless and exactly as shown in pictures.

Great to have a full sized washer/dryer and lots of supplied towels when travelling with a large family.

Local rental agent was easy to get a hold of and helpful for questions we had about alarm system and pool.

Home is just off hwy. 192 which has lots of grocery and souvenir stores.

We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome!

Excellent location, took about 10min. to Disney (on a busy traffic day) and about a mile off Rt. 192 where all the shops and eateries are.The home was even nicer than pictures could depict. We were all very impressed with the super cleanliness, decor and amenities; could have used one more chair in living room to go with the couch and loveseat. Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids under 9 years were comfortable and felt right at home. Disney themed bedroons for the kids were a big hit, and the master suite was gorgeous. The pool is nicely secluded by shrubs, but there was no gas/electric grill as stated in description. While making arrangements, the owner was very accomodating and prompt to reply, and the maintenance personnel quickly resolved the few minor issues we encountered. Would definitely reccomend this to anyone and would absolutely stay here again with the family. Thanks!

The Vacation house is very nice and true to its descriptions and photographs. It is perfect for a family vacation. We had no problem during our stay. We were a party of 9. Everyone loved the house. I would recommend this house to others.

Excellent Home

This was my 1st time renting a home and I can tell you that it sure beats going to an hotel. My family and I loved it. There was a total of 10 of us and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and spacious. I was kind of scared of using my credit card to pay for it since I had never rented a home but I had no issues with these owners. I had a great experience with the people who manage the home. I have a baby and I wanted the pool to be a bit warmer so I called and they came out within in hour. The man who came said he could turn on the heater but it really would only warm up the pool 2 or 3 degrees and it would cost $30. He told me that it was our choice but it seemed like a lot of money to him for 2 or 3 degrees. It is sooo difficult to find a good, honest person like that. Anyone else would have just turned on the heater to charge us the money. Anyway, I highly recommend this house. I have relatives looking to go at the end of this month and they will be checking to see if it is available. We rented it mid-june.
