This cottage apartment is cozy and is located on Grand Canal. You can relax with a good book on the spacious deck or it is ideal for entertaining and barbequing with friends. Another option is a casual stroll on the boardwalk where you can find a nice spot on the beach, catch a good tan while watching the boats sail by, and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The apartment is fully furnished, has wireless internet, a large LCD Flat Panel HDTV television with HD cable, and washer/dryer access.

1 bedroom is furnished with a comfortable full size bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds, and the living room futon can sleep 2. The apartment has an open airy feel.

This property is located 1 block from the quaint downtown Balboa Village shops and restaurants. A short walk away, you will find the ferry which will take you across to the beautiful beaches of Newport.

15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 30 minutes from Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, 1 hour from Universal Studios and San Diego.

If you are looking for a little peace and serenity, the island is paradise and the perfect place to chillax. There are activities to suit your needs all year round.
