Newly Renovated "Blue View" Villa needs few words. Spacious and welcoming with stunning views day and night overlooking Simpson Bay and the beautiful Caribbean sea. This private villa with pool was completely refurbished November '18 and ready to welcome you. New appliances, vanities, bedding, gardens, and pool deck furniture were installed. Located cliffside in Beacon Hill, the villa is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping, a casino and the famous Sunset Beach bar.

*This is an open plan with a kitchen/dining/living area that opens out onto a covered deck area overlooking the pool.
*The kitchen is well equipped.
*The beds are super cozy (essential!). There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in each bedroom.
*Wifi throughout the villa and pool deck.
*There is Live TV as well as NETFLIX available in the main salon. There are no TV's in the bedrooms as we encourage socialization..(however, WIFI available if you want to watch something on your various devices.
