'Colliwood Lodge' is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. This deluxe home is approximately a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and the casinos, and it is a 5-10 minute drive to the nearest beaches. In a centrally located neighborhood, this home is close to shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It is 3,200 square feet, it can accommodate up to 10 people and it has a lovely backyard looking out to the surrounding forest and mountains. This home also comes with wireless internet, a workout room (with weights and a treadmill) and a beach pass to Round Hill Pines Beach & Marina. This property is available for a seasonal lease only during the winter months as the owners use it every summer.
