Beautifully renovated two-level 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo in the Highlands with open floorplan and fantastic mountain and valley views, on top of the Highlands Express ski lift, ski-in/ski-out, in walking distance to Wintergreen Aquatics & Fitness Center, Spa, Nature Center, Smokey's Black Bear Cafe, the Highlands hiking trail. Guest of Member passes for access to pools, fitness, lake, golf and tennis (fees apply). Two fireplaces, 2 TVs with DVD player, cable and free internet (WiFi), Wii game console, fully equipped kitchen with basic essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, cream, spices, oil, vinegar, condiments, etc), washer and dryer, balcony on main level, walk-out patio on lower level. Main level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and bathroom, the other with a king bed. Lower level has bunk bed with twin and full size bed and a fold-out futton (full size) - ideal for several children.

On the ridge with fantastic views from both levels, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo has been updated and renovated. Big windows and an open floor plan are ideal for enjoying the views and entertaining. The two levels provide enough room for two or three families and allow to have separate living or playing areas. The main floor has a beautiful kitchen with new appliances and a breakfast bar; a dining area which comfortably sits eight; a living area with an impressive custom stone wall with flatscreen TV, a fireplace and spectacular views of the valley; a large hall bathroom; one master bedroom with bath and a second bedroom with a king size bed. The lower level consists of a large master suite with a kid-friendly bunk bed (twin over double), a full bath, walk-in closet, sitting area with a fold-out futon sofa bed (double), TV/DVD/Wii and fireplace, a laundry area and walk-out patio. Skiers will love this ski-in and ski-out location, right above the Highlands Express ski lift! Just steps away from the slopes. With snow on the ground, you can ski from our lower level patio to the black diamond slopes starting from the Highlands Express ski lift or you can just walk around the buiding and take the steps down to the top of the slopes. The condo is also within walking distance to the Wintergreen Aquatics & Fitness Center, the Spa, the Nature Foundation, and the Smokey's Black Bear Cafe. The Highlands Trail starts next to the building, so you can walk to the Mountain Inn from the condo or connect to other hiking trails.
Up to two 'Guest of Member' Exclusive Access Cards, good for up to 4 people each, is provided to all renters. This card provides access to the Wintergreen Aquatics & Fitness Center, Devils Knob Golf Course, Devils Knob Tennis, Lake Monocan, Stoney Creek Pool, Tennis & Fitness Center, Chestnut Springs Pool and Rhodes Farm Pool. Fees may apply.
Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with many basic essentials that will make your stay more comfortable. You will find coffee, tea, sugar, cream, condiments, spices, oil & vinegar as well as a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, cotton balls, bandaids, etc.
This is a ground floor unit however there are stairs leading to our building and from the building entrance to our floor. Not suitable for wheel-chair or handicapped access. No pets allowed.

Tax is 5% on rental fee, cleaning & linen fee is $95, refundable security deposit is $250 per rental. Minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum occupancy is 8 people (no more than 6 adults).
We are a family of four and love coming to Wintergreen several times per year. We like to ski, hike, play golf and tennis, enjoy the fine dining and the many other activities Wintergreen has to offer. After renting for many years, we are excited to have found the perfect condo for us and hope you will enjoy it too!

The view and the location! Being on top of the slopes and within walking distance of the pool, fitness and spa. We loved the unique design with the updated interior of the living area and kitchen. The very impressive stone wall with fireplace, the big windows, all the light and having two floors...
Walking distance to ski slopes, hiking trails, golf, tennis, pool, fitness, spa and Black Bear Cafe. Great views, very spacious, two levels, two patios, grassy area - great for kids to play around.
Thank you so much for providing your condo for our use. We had a very enjoyable vacation. The weather was great (except for a late-afternoon storm while we were at the lake). Your place is very nicely decorated, and we really appreciated all of the little touches--the extra supplies, the labels, etc.

Even though the weather wasn't ideal for skiing and there was heavy fog - We still had a GREAT vacation. With the ski in/out condo it was easy enough to come in and dry all the gear during lunch break and snack time. In the evening the kids enjoyed the pool and we even finished the puppy puzzle! Can't wait to come back :)

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked with more than all the basics. The place was very comfortable and we loved the downstairs area for the kids. The only recommendation would be to add a few more blankets for the beds. We just happened to be up there on a very cold weekend and it took a while for the place to warm up so we were all a bit cold the first night. Otherwise, loved everything else about the place! Great location too!! Thank You!!!
What a lovely place! We spent a weekend here with another family, skiing, hanging out by the fire & enjoying the wonderful views. We have visited many condos at Wintergreen and this one is so well appointed & comfortable, we will be happy to return. Especially great for the ski out access to the black diamond slopes, shuttle to the blue & green slopes as well as the rest of the resort, and the proximity to the pool, etc. at the top of the mountain. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Exceptionally well appointed condo.... no want for anything (towels, tools, dishes, soap, shampoo, washer/dryer, wood for the fire!). The best stay we've had anywhere, hands down. Everything is close. Downstairs set-up perfect for kids.... or an adult suite.
Even though the weather didn't cooperate the great condo made it worth the trip. We had a great time relaxing and playing games with the kids. We have stayed in a lot of places over the years at wintergreen but I can honestly say this was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Definitely would love to stay again.
Although heavy fog eliminated all views for us, we enjoyed our stay here. The owners have tastefully furnished it and the bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. I can only imagine how pretty it must be when not socked in by a blanket of dense fog!
