Brian Head- Ski Utah's best powder right to your door

We felt this condo was great for a family of four. (They state it could sleep 4-5 but I'm not sure where the 5th person would sleep.) The trundle bed was perfect for our 10 and 12 year olds. (They don't tell you the extra pillows are stored in the ottoman, however...we searched and searched until we had to call management.) It's very cozy and perfect for a place to eat and sleep, which is all we needed. It was nice and clean. The small kitchen was nicely updated. Loading and unloading the car was very convenient as its location was on the 1st floor right next to the entrance and across the hall from a very nice jacuzzi. There's no TV in the bedroom and no telephone in the unit. We would have loved a TV in the bedroom. And a telephone would have been handy as our cell phone coverage was spotty. At the lodge we were fine but in the condo, T-Mobile was hit and miss. On our last day, the door knob stopped working but management was there quickly to work on it. Overall had a great time. We'd stay here again.

We loved this place! We found ourselves planning our next trip back before we were even halfway through our trip.

This place is small but feels spacious and is for sure good for 2-4 people. The kitchen is nice and has everything you would need. We cooked many meals and clean up was easy with the help of the dishwasher.

The living room has a decent size TV (with cable and a DVD player) and a warming fireplace. The couch doubles as the day bed for the 3 and 4th guest, it's lager size (than an average couch) made it comfy to cuddle up on. We also got a kick playing some of the games they had there.

The bedroom was nicely decorated and had plenty of space for our luggage and stuff. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable with quality sheets, and blankets.

The condo is walking distance to the pizza place, two Mexican food places, the general store and the main lodge for Brian Head Ski Resort. Super prime location! We cant wait to go back during the snowy season, although the area was beautiful in the fall as well.

The Location is perfect, right next to the lifts and a short walk to the pizza place and general store. Ground floor condo makes coming and going easy.
The condo itself is clean, newly remodeled and was very nice to live in for a few days. We cooked most all our meals at the condo during our stay which was really nice after long days of hiking and adventuring the area.
We did eat one meal at the Pizza place which is close by (~3min walk) with very tasty pizza and wings! We also had a drink and some appetizers at the Doubletree (approx 1mile) which were very good with a very nice newly remodeled bar area.
The hiking and adventures in the area are some of the best I've ever been on. We started a few of the hikes from the condo and a few we drove to.
The pictures provided in this listing are accurate and current, no surprises!
We are already working on dates to come back and have told multiple friends and family to stay at Brian Wood 4.
We visited before there was any significant snowfall, so although it was cold all roads were open which allowed us to drive to Cedar Breaks (few miles from condo) and lots of hiking and sightseeing on the highway 143 and 148.
All in all I'd recommend Brian Wood 4 for up to 4 adults (2 in king bed, 2 on trundle beds in living room). We can't wait to get back during ski season and take advantage of the ski in ski out location!
