DIANE'S BEACH HOUSE is a fully furnished seaside vacation rental - your island escape for a playful weekend getaway, or a relaxing, no frills retreat.

Layout Description: Our 2-BR / 1-BA Beach Suite is located at beach level, w/sandy beachfront patio. Each bedroom has 1 Queen size bed. Works great for friends, couples, or family of 2-4.

We are within easy walking distance of snorkel & dive operators, quaint shops, the local bank, bakery, grocery stores, many restaurants and cafes.

Diane's Beach House is a whimsical space with an open-air style just steps from the Caribbean Sea. The perfect spot for a relaxing escape.

They were glorious years ~ Barefoot & Carefree!

My children and I currently live in the USA but we return to the island as often as possible. We would like to retire here!

Very good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bottled water was provided. Fresh towels each day including beach towels. The bathroom was newly remodeled. The bed linens need to be renewed and deep cleaning especially the kitchen sink. The adjacent property was remodeling and started each morning at 7:15. Since we are early risers it didn't bother us.

Paradise!!!!

I was almost in tears leaving today. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The house is beautiful ,clean and has nice and modern furniture. The bed was soooooo comfortable. The location was great and a nice distance from the "touristy" area with youngsters drinking and carrying on. Everything was close, and the people were friendly. In just one week, I became friends with many people. The sisters were great and attentive. I recomend renting a gold cart for two hours to se the entire island. Having travelled all over Mexico, I was disappointed with Chetumal - not a very quaint city like so many in Mexico. San Pedro would be nice for young people and those that want a more upscale area. It was a bit too crowded for my husband and I prefer a smaller and quieter place. I never felt so relaxed in my life and slept so well without my ususal worrying in the USA. I would love to retire here, Thanks so much Diane!

Beautiful / Finding peace in Paradise

If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to regain your center (or whatever you are looking for) this is it. I have been to Caye Caulker many times and this is the first time I stayed at the Beach House and for the money it was so much better than anyother place I have stayed.

My fiance' and I stayed in the main level while my sister and brother-in-law stayed in the one bedroom upstairs. Both places were very clean but the photos do not do justice to the ocean views you actually get. The house is a dream and the location is the best on the island. We would all wake-up early in the morning and sit on the upstairs deck (or the beach front patio) and enjoy our coffee while watching the sunrise. Later in the afternoon we would lay in the hammocks sipping rum and admire the sea birds gliding on the waves of wind.

Yes it does get that good! Coming back next year!

Great house, great location

I spent a great week at Diane's Beach House!!! The house is in a great location, on the beach, but at the end of the beachfront road, so there was no traffic, except foot traffic. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute walk; stores, groceries, restuarants, guides, etc.
Hosekeeper was very nice and accomodating. I will definitely rent this house again.

Best Kept secret of Caye Caulker

From the time I arrived I was swept off my feet with the view, comfort and location of this house. This picture does not really do this place justice. There are comfortable chairs on the porches and lounge chairs for the beach. I stayed a month upstairs in the one bedroom while two of my friends joined me for a week and stayed downstairs in the two bedroom unit. Dora (housekeeper) and her sister (Lisa) took excellent care of all of us. This house has comfortable beds, nice linens and great towels and Dora can even get you a beach towel if needed. This place is on the water and right in the center of town and walking distance from everything and extremely quiet for it's location. I dove the Blue Hole and swam with the sharks and stingrays. Don't miss out on this hidden jewel!!! Eat at Habanero's around the corner. Thanks so much to the girls and Diane for a great stay! Sara
