We purchased this townhome in the fall of 2011 and been busy upgrading it. We love this part of Myrtle Beach and have been renters of this townhome for years. We continue to make frequent trips to the beach from our home in western Pennsylvania. I am a retired school teacher now selling real estate for Coldwell Banker while my wife works as a senior quality control tech at Mylan Pharmaceuticals in Morgantown, WVa. Our dog Tia Maria is a pomeranian/chihuahua mix and is 9 years old. Thanks for visiting our site, hope we can help make your vacation a great one.
We chose this location because this is a fantastic part of Myrtle Beach. The townhouse is located at the corner of 75th ave and Ocean Blvd which is the north end of the beach. This area is quiet and less populated that the avenues south of us. We are close to everything including golf (Myrtlewood is just down the highway), shopping (Tanger Outlet less than 10 min. away) and my wife loves Stein Mart which is about 2 minutes away, dining (Carolina Roadhouse is our favorite and about 5 min. away).
We absolutely love the fact that you can take a morning walk along the beach, walk along Ocean Blvd, or stroll on Porcher. Starbucks is only 2 blocks away, and Martins Restaurant (at the same location as Starbucks) serves an absolutely great breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.
