Gorgeous Luxurious Home, Dual Masters, Tons of Amenitites!

The listing accurately described amenities. The property had other features that were not mentioned in the listing, and we appreciated those. We arrived to find the property in great shape. The owner gave us clear instructions, and we had no problems entering. The owner provided a book of instructions which answered most of our questions. I definitely would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the pleasant back yard. We enjoyed the house's internet service. There were TVs in every room. 3 of the four bedrooms had direct access to full baths, and the 4th bedroom was two yards from the fourth full bathroom.

The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, mugs, glasses, sliverware and cooking utensils we needed.

We did use the treadmill.

Parking in the driveway was ample for two large cars.

It was our second time to rent a vacation home with Helena, because we were so pleased to have stayed in the first time. We trusted her and the properties she managed.

First of all, it is always the service. Helena answered our questions very promptly and found the vacation home which was suitable for our family. During our stay, whenever I had doubts, she were always there for us.

Secondly, like the first property, the Navarro house is situated conveniently in the San Gabrielle valley, which is 45 minutes away from LAX, 20 minutes away from Hollywood, or downtown LA, 10 minutes to San Marino, Pasadena, La Canada. The house is 5 minutes away from 210 freeway. There are supermarkets and Mcdonald closeby.

Third, the house is so lovely that we missed it already. It is equipped with the comfortable beds, big bathtubs, washing and drying machines, all kitchen utilities ( much more than I needed, haha). We missed the garden so much. We took our morning coffee and sun-bathing every day. What a treasure. Also, I love the decorations inside the house because it made me feel like staying in my own house.

The most wonderful experience and thanks again Helena!!! I definitely will contact you for my next stay in April. And I suggest the Navarro house for the family vacation because everyone will love it.

This home is more like a resort - each bedroom has its own exquiste bathroom and the beds are divine. We were greated with a very thoughtful gift basket of goodies and the book put together to give you the details on the house is so in-depth we had no problems settling right in. The location of the house is only about 10 mintues from shopping and good resturants on Colorado street and old Pasadena on Fair Oaks. The backyard is a mini oasis with outdoor fireplace and a great outdoor dining table and plenty of privacy. There are two bedrooms down stairs and two upstairs so if you have small children or have issues with stairs you still have a huge master and nice size second bedroom on the ground floor. We will certainly stay there again should there ever be a need to go to that part of LA - it only took us a half hour during a week day non commute traffic time to get to Marina Del Rey from the house and the Ontario Airport is like 15 mintues. Such a great stay. Highly recommend this place.
